During the day, you could cycle or birdwatch on the Levels; fish; hit the beach (just 5 miles away); visit Glastonbury, Wells, Cheddar Gorge; or outlet shop at Clarke’s Village. Finish the day with a BBQ, or sitting around the fire pit or in the hot tub as the sun goes down.

This is a great place for bird watchers and wildlife lovers, with excellent opportunities for walking and cycling right from the front door!

The Potting Shed is part of the original Gardners Buildings of a large country house. Beautifully updated to provide a truly snug and romantic place to stay. A log burner is the focal point of the lounge/living area as well as exposed wooden beams and stonework. Wifi, Smart TV and all you will need for a memorable get away. Homestead West Wing is a self contained luxury accommodation in a beautiful 1840 country house. Close to easy travel links but a quiet secluded setting with lovely gardens , paddocks and stables with friendly equine residents including Bluey the minature pony. Accommodation comprises breakfast room,kitchen with hob and combo microwave oven, shower room and 25sqm bedroom / lounge with open log fire. Storage for bikes etc available. Self catering breakfast provided for short stays.

Coachmans is part of West House Cottage; at the back of the main house. The room is a bright airy room, accessed up a stairs with its own en-suite shower room. The house is on the edge of Chilton Polden with beautiful views of the Mendips and the Levels. There are two further Air BnBs - Footmans, opposite and The Old Dairy, beneath. Gym & outdoor spa (additional charges); beauty parlour, Alpaca Trekking animals - lots of places to visit. Not suitable for children.
