Beautiful cottage and we had a fantastic time here. Poppy Cottage is extremely comfortable. We all slept great. Spacious kitchen and lovely garden to relax in. A really great property. Thank you for a great stay 😊

This was a lovely spacious house with lots of rooms to spread out socially. The pool was the most amazing feature. The host met us at the property to show us how the pool worked and to give us the lockbox code. They were friendly. They let us know we could message them if we needed anything, then they left us to our own privacy. You might need to bring a spare towel so you have one for the pool and one for the shower. Tea and coffee were provided but you need to make sure you have some milk with you. There was toilet roll, And kitchen roll. Washing up liquid. You might want to bring a box of tissues for General use and some multipurpose cleaning wet wipes. We had a lovely stay and we will definitely be returning.

Gorgeous cottage inside and out Owners are on site but you wouldn’t notice. The swimming pool area felt like we were on holiday Hot tub, built in BBQ area and lots of outdoor space

Place is very nice and all required things available for a pleasant stay. Host Yasmin is very friendly and takes care of all the requirements of the guest. Room is big and we enjoyed the stay with family. Local shop and bus stop in walking distance. Cheshire oaks just 15 minutes away. The area surrounding the property is posh and beautiful. Great place for a quick layover before heading to Snowdonia. The host is very friendly and has responded to all our queries and even helped out with shipping of the item that were left in the cabin.

The caravan was lovely. We had a problem with the water supply when we first got there but Tom called us straight back & we got it all sorted.

Absolutely beautiful, stylish caravan. Felt like a luxury hotel. Quiet spot, direct and easy location. The hosts were absolutely marvellous and have provided a clean and enjoyable space. Very quick to respond and extremely helpful throughout. A hidden gem both the owners and there beautiful accommodation.

Really enjoyed our stay in Ian's place , lovely little bungalow in a peaceful area. spotlessly clean , well equipped kitchen . lovely bathroom & lounge area. Garden was great for our dog to run around , nice sitting area in garden. Great communication with hosts, would not hesitate to book again . Thank you for letting us stay.

My 3 adult children and myself stayed at Julia's whilst visiting Liverpool. The property was within walking distance of train station into City. A clean, comfortable home from home. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Julia a great host!

We had a wonderful few days at Winkley Hall Farm. Fantastic property in a wonderful, peaceful location with everything you need for a relaxing, long weekend break. Our communication with our hosts was great from the moment we booked, to arrival and throughout our stay. And the lovely welcome gift was an added surprise and greatly appreciated! We were sad to leave and would definitely recommend this property, and will look to return at some point in the future.

6 adults stayed for one night for a chilled pamper/ baby shower evening and we all couldn’t fault a thing. The Coach House is beautifully decorated, clean and homely. Sarah was in touch regularly and gave clear instructions. This made our stay stress-free and I felt comfortable to contact Sarah if anything arose. Would definitely recommend this stay. The bottle of prosecco in the fridge was a lovely extra. Thank you for a lovely stay, Sarah.

Simone was very responsive to our questions and even tried to find a go around for something we asked, that wasn’t expected. She even gave us a call through our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly and to see if she could do anything more (not that there was any need) to make our stay more enjoyable. Simone is an excellent host that we will be happy to use her properties again in the future, should the need arise.

We had an amazing time in this beautiful home and it was very well equipped. It is a gorgeous period property with log burners inside and in the well kept garden. Jacquie was responsive and this kind lady left my parents a bottle of wine. The kitchen had eggs, bread and butter, milk, tea and coffee and some condiments and cleaning products. I would definitely return and this home is great value for money. Thanks for the stay.

we had options to book several other propoerties for our guest who was staying for the week but katys place looked every bit the ideal location and didnt disappoint. we were working in ormskirk so was an ideal 15 minute drive to our fitout. for eating out we visited the plough in lathom and hickorys in hutton, preston... both within a short drive of the location. We have more work to do in ormskirk so will book again.

The photos do not do it justice - this was an amazing find and far surpassed our expectations. The property is immaculate and finished to a high standard with everything you need. Very good value for money. We needed a house for 5 people to a night before travel and fitted the bill perfectly

What a fabulous place. Right in the Cheshire countryside. The house was just as described. The large family kitchen was a great hub. All bedrooms were light and airy with fresh white bed linen. Towels and robes were provided for the hot tub which we enjoyed every day. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Lovely stay. Excellent access to the coastline, 10 minutes walk. Nice to stay away from the hubbub of Liverpool but have it only 15 minutes away on the train. There are also good local cafes, bakeries, pubs and restaurants for anyone who doesn't fancy going into town. Couldn't fault the house; quiet, clean and spacious with a nice outside space. Highly recommended

Really great communication and good parking at location. It’s a quiet area and easy to get to and convenient not too far from town. We took an uber in but walked back from Anfield and it was a nice safe easy walk, about 45minutes. The place itself is clean and spacious and perfect for a pleasant stay. Lovely big deck area which would be great to sit out on in the evening but sadly we had no time for that. Really recommend this place.

We were a group of eight adults staying for 3 nights in May. The house is beautifully decorated and clean. great location for a few minutes drive into Lytham with many shops and restaurants. The dining table has only 6 chairs so we had to use a couple of stools. More seating is needed please. We would definitely stay again.

We’ve just returned from a lovely stay at Joanne’s while visiting family. The property is very comfortable and we were made very welcome, including with a very generous hamper of local produce and fresh eggs. The house is set in a very peaceful and picturesque part of the Lancashire countryside.

David’s house is so beautiful and even better than the photos. It was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed for our stay and was very homely! David was so flexible with check in, and greeted us on arrival/exit. We rented this house for a hen party and it was perfect for our large group! We went on a night out in Liverpool city centre on the Saturday night which took around 7 minutes from the house. Thank you for letting us stay in your amazing home!
