Beautiful newly renovated cottage and large slope plot on the shores of the pristine Lake Storträsk. The yard is a quiet and scenic place to spend a holiday, where the neighbors are not within sight. From the terrace you can admire the lake landscape or forest life. The sauna is right next to the beach, you can go rowing or fishing by boat or paddle board. Even in winter, you can always go swimming. In the yard, you will find, for example, a gas grill and a charcoal grill, as well as a campfire place. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

The personal log house is like the story of Pippi Longstocking, not everything is completely finished - but the atmosphere is atmospheric. This cottage offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday – just approx. 35 min drive from the centre of Helsinki and 24 min drive from Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. The main building accommodates four people and the guest cottage can accommodate two additional people. The stunning location by the lake invites you to swim in the clear water, get out in nature or spend your holiday playing golf.

We are within walking distance of Lake Myllyjärvi and Backby Manor with its spa and restaurant services. On our farm, you’ll also find dogs, horses, a cat, and chickens. The cabin was originally designed by an architect family for themselves.

Koskikara

A lovely cabin on the shore of Kalkkistenkoski. On the terace you can grill, eat, enjoy the evening sun, lounge on the deck chairs or see the local bird populations. The cabin also has a sauna, hot tub and an indoor fireplace. The cabins kitchen has the essentials for cooking and the barbeque and outdoor fireplace can also be used for cooking. The kitchen and sauna have warm water and drinking water will be delivered to the cabin. The cabin has an outdoor composting toilet.
