Loved staying at Henniker Manor. Amenities listed were all included and area was clean and neat. Bedrooms were satisfactory and kitchen was large and clean as well. Host was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay at Henniker Manor!

great place. very close to downtown Manchester. comfortable beds and 2 full bathrooms. very accommodating to us for check in and where to park a 20 ft trailer we were towing. Host was very responsive to any questionsthat arose and had maintenance crew there the next day after we noticeda leak after a rainstorm and then even gave us a credit back afterwards for any inconvenience the leak caused us. Great place to stay. Be aware there are lots of stairs, first to get into the unit and then to the upper bedrooms. we definitely got our workout :-) Great place and responsive host

The house is smallish, but big enough for 4 of us to be very comfortable for the two nights we stayed. The beds were quite nice, nice size kitchen, spacious living room and bedrooms. Full size refrigerator came in handy. We enjoyed having our car in the garage to load and unload things. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. While this home is not fancy, it is clean and comfortable. Thank you again, Lei!

We were there for a quick overnight stay and it served its purpose.

My wife and I were looking for a quiet, private space to stay in Concord while there on business for several days. Mark's place was perfect. It is spacious, clean and quiet with a nice kitchen which we used almost every evening. Mark and Jan are friendly and very responsive to any communication. The washer and dryer were also a big plus for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone.

Quirky place! Mixture of some older features (wood floors - they are a bit creaky - no sneaking around!) and new ones (kitchen very modern). In the front door up some very narrow and shallow stairs to the main floor, more of the same up to the large attic bedroom, I wouldn't recommend it for elderly folks who have trouble with stairs. Watch your head going up to the attic! If you're tall, watch the angled ceilings. Comfortable beds, all the amenities. Andre must be in construction! Lots of construction stuff around the house, but it didn't impact our stay at all. Overall, very nice location, comfortable stay. Thanks!

Our stay went very well. The location was ideal for what we needed for the weekend. The space was very workable for 3 adults.

It was a great little spot to stay and worked great for us. Only issue we had was when we first walked in it was 85 in the house so we contacted her about having g the ac installed and she had someone come right away and install it. Other than that there were no issues. Would definitely stay here again if we come to the area again

Andrea was so flexible with our comings and goings, which benefitted us tremendously. Very spacious cottage with all the needed amenities. We enjoyed it very much!

we've stayed in several airbnb's and vrbo's but none as new and clean as this one. All brand new appliances and furnishings as well as TV's. Mia is very quick to reply and very friendly if you care to meet her. She keeps to herself otherwise. I can't say enough good things about our stay here. One thing to be aware of is Google directions didn't even bring us close to the right address. I used whatever map system is in my car to get there but had Google going as a backup. it found the 22 Princess st address across the street but not 2 Moeckel.

I couldn't recommend this place or host enough! It exceeded my expectations and was perfect for our family! It was very close to everything, walking distance to great restaurants, and right across from the library! Bonnie was fantastic with everything from going above and beyond upon check in, helping us with recommendations during our stay and even getting my daughter's toys back to her after check out! The house was extremely clean and had top of the line amenities included! The beds were very comfortable, kitchen was new with great appliances and cookware to use, and the living room was perfect with comfortable chairs and dining room table to play games at! I can wait to come back and stay here!

Greg was an excellent communicator. Check in was a piece of cake. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with all of the amenities we needed. As another guest mentioned, the walls are thin and the neighbor's talking and TV could be challenging to sleep during late night and early morning. To be clear, said neighbor did not have party vibes, just night owl vibes. To my rural-dwelling-self the neighborhood was a bit scrappy but folks were either friendly or kept to themselves. Downtown and many shops and eateries were within easy walking distance. Short drives opened up more of those options in addition to parks, roller skating, handmade ice cream, music venues, movie theaters (including IMAX in the neighboring city), and more. Currier Museum, a block away, was a wonderful experience.

This is the second year we stayed at Paradise on the Pond, a great spot to access both Pat's Peak and Crotched Mountain Ski resorts. Cynthia was very accommodating of some changes in our schedule due to my upcoming surgery and she provided an extra very comfy blow up bed for a 3rd guest. Thank you Cynthia! The only negative for us was the television/Roku. We were unable to figure out how to watch some live news shows and various other programs that we know were televised. A written primer or directions on how to use Roku effectively would have. been nice. I did not bring this to Lindsay's attention as I should have.

It’s a cozy place in a cool neighbourhood. First place in Airbnb where an airfryer was! 5 stars for this! And the vinyls were a really suprise but we listened a lot! :-) We liked it and we’d go back anytime.

We had a lovely one week stay at Evan and Rachel‘s. My adult daughter and I were there to visit both sets of my very elderly parents and the space was perfectly positioned between their homes. It also a peaceful vacation home for us to return to after a long day of visiting. Both parents stopped by and they also loved the place, the decor, the openness, the cleanliness, and of course the gorgeous view out the back door where the groundhog and the bunnies played. We will be trying to stay there again. The only challenges were slight, were the upstairs neighbors occasionally there are apartments all around. Sometimes the hot water was slow to come on. And we did pretty much have to stock the full fridge, condiments, etc., for our stay, but still it was wonderful and we would book it again in a hot minute. Perfect stay and thank you to Evan and Rachel.

If I could give 4.5 stars I would. Evan and Rachel were wonderful, responsive hosts and the property was exactly what I hoped for. Upon arrival, the washer looked and smelled very moldy. My advice to any future guests would be to please consider airing out the washer after using it to help prevent this. The AC/heat pump units also seemed a bit musty. However, after communicating the issue to the hosts, they quickly offered to come in later that day to sanitize the washer and give our unit an ozone treatment to deal with the mold spores in the air. I really appreciated the effort and it resolved the problem enough for me to feel comfortable washing my clothes. The convenience of living on the main road in town was nice, but the street was a bit noisy at night. Nevertheless, I would definitely stay at The Loft Escape Apartment again!

I stayed with Evan and Rachel previously in the apartment located upstairs from the Hideaway Studio. Once again, I was not disappointed! Spotlessly clean, great location, clear instructions, and perfect for a single guy looking to stay a few nights in Derry. No complaints except I was unable to find any dish soap, so I had to wash everything with hand soap. Also, when using the hot tub, I was bothered by a musty smell coming from the water, especially when all the jets were turned on. Perhaps I’m just overly sensitive to mold. Also, some of the pictures should be updated. While I didn’t need it for my stay, the bunk bed was not set up, so it was just the full bed with the twin trundle underneath. Wonderful stay overall, and I would not hesitate to book this location again!

Our stay at Evan and Rachel’s Airbnb was wonderful. The views into the backyard and golf course were very peaceful with a morning coffee. You wouldn’t even know that the home is on a main road with how private it felt. If we stayed longer we would’ve definitely used the hot tub! Wonderful amenities & extras we appreciated the comfortable stay & would love to come back in the future! Thank you again! Brooke

This home served us perfectly. It matched the description and with the bedrooms not side by side, it was perfect with a crying baby in the other room 👶🏻 - we didn’t hear a peep!
