The space has A/C, a small kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, corner sofa, double bed, Sky TV & Movies (Netflix, Disney etc) and an 85" home cinema. Bifold doors open out onto a spacious south facing garden & there is plenty of parking too. We have a cockerpoo who lives in the main house, she's extremely friendly & does not come into the studio unless invited!

Located in rural Berkswell, The Annex @ Barn Lodge is 15 mins from the NEC with easy access to road, air & rail networks. A self contained, beautifully presented annex featuring a lounge/kitchen & flexible sleeping accommodation for up to 4 guests (2 single beds with a 3rd pullout bed upstairs and a single guest bed downstairs). There is limited headroom in places. Set in gated grounds with a pond & lawns, guests can use a fire pit, BBQ, outside pool table and seating areas. Ample parking.

A dog friendly, barn conversion situated down a quiet country lane, a perfect pace to relax and unwind. The living space is an open plan kitchen, diner and living room with an adjoining boot room and downstairs toilet. The ground floor is limestone tiled with underfloor heating throughout the ground floor. The stairs lead to a mezzanine style en-suite bedroom which can be either a king size bed or a twin room heated by radiators. The kitchen has Oven, Hob, Dishwasher and Fridge with an Icebox.
