New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Modern beach house built in 2021 only 25 meters from the waterfront with wonderful panoramic views of Kattegat. Complete kitchen and modern furnishings. Free parking in front of the house. Hasmark has a child-friendly beach and is 10 minutes from the scenic Enebærodde. Nearby there are many activities: playground, water park, mini golf. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The house is newly built in 2024 and is 85 m2. The house offers 3 bedrooms with room for 6 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The house is located in quiet surroundings with beautiful panoramic views of fields. If you are looking for a refreshing swim, the pebble beach with a jetty in the summer is only 100 meters from the house. There are good opportunities for fishing along the many coastal stretches in the area. There is a wilderness bath and outdoor shower for free use

Unique cottage with sea view and direct access to sandy beach, only 25 METERS away. Free use of garden furniture, shelter, gas grill, sea kayaks and paddleboard. Only 1 km from the popular harbor town of Ballen with many restaurants and shops. The cottage has its own kitchen, bathroom and terrace with garden furniture. Duvets and pillows are included. Bed linen and towels can be rented for DKK 75 per person per stay or you can bring your own. Perfect for a relaxing holiday by the sea with plenty of activities.

Cottage near beach

Take a break and relax in this quiet cottage area. Enjoy the lovely sandy beach and the view of the bay with the beautiful sunsets. I can recommend a hike on Fyns Hoved as well as a café visit at Fynshoved Café and farm shop. The nearest shopping (3 km) is Mesinge with Min Købmand and Café Kirkeladen. In Kerteminde, there are several shopping opportunities and dining options as well as the waffle house. In addition, mini golf, Fjord og Bælt Center and the Johannes Larsen Museum. Nybro farm shop is also worth a visit.

Beachfront farm

Fogensegaarden near Bogense has an unusual location for an old farm. A few meters from the beach on the island of Fogense, which was dammed and the road into Bogense drained and protected by a dike almost 150 years ago. An enterprising farmer, Christian Jensen, built the farm 130 years ago in its current form with a large farmhouse and a humble tenant housing at the southern end. It is the main house, which after several modernizations is now rented out in the coming season to holiday guests.

City center is a ten minutes bike ride away.

The beach cabin named Broholm

Ideal beach cabin for anglers, ornithologists and nature lovers. Broholm is situated in a natural area at Odense Fjord, 4 meter to the waterfront, within walking distance to bird sanctuary and only 300 meters from Otterup Marina. Rubberboat with an 8 HP motor can be rented. At Bogøhus (landlords house) there is the possibility to buy seasonal organic vegetables and fruits grown on their own grounds/ greenhouses. In additional, there is the possibility of cleaning/ freezing caught fish.

Fantastisk beliggende hus 90 meter fra vandkanten! Privatunterkunft! Mageløs udsigt og masser af indvendig hygge. Alle moderne faciliteter, med brændeovn og klimaanlæg. 60 m2 fordelt på 2 etager. Øverst en stue med åbent køkken. Nederst et soveværelse med 180x200 seng, og Et soveværelse med 140x200 seng. Badeværelse med bruskabine. Trådløst internet, samt TV. Alt i køkkenudstyr og opvaskemaskine. 2 terrasser, Der er en 2-kajak til rådighed. Cykler er også til rådighed.
