Guest House Kokoro is located one block from Miyajima's Machiya-dori Street. 　When you pass through the warm curtain at the entrance, you are guided to the courtyard by stepping stones, with bamboo walls reminiscent of a Kyoto row house restaurant. The courtyard is also beautifully balanced with white marble and gravel, contributing to the calm atmosphere. There are glass doors in the living room that allow you to see the courtyard. 　The building is only for guests to stay in through the garden, so there is no need to worry about anyone. From the outside, it is an ordinary private house, but when you step inside, it has a different atmosphere, which is part of the charm of the inn. I heard that the previous owner has always loved gardening and had a wide range of hobbies. However, as I mentioned at the beginning, I didn't intend to start an inn at first, so there is no bath facility (there is a shower). However, you can use the nearby inns as an outdoor bath. The first floor is a living room, and the second floor is a two-room Japanese-style bedroom, and up to 6 people can stay comfortably. 　In the courtyard, there is a white stone character "kokoro" (heart) inscribed in the gravel. It was made by the gardener a long time ago for fun, and it is the origin of the name of the inn. He said he wants to welcome people with all his heart and help them relax and enjoy their stay.

"Miyajima Tonboan" is a private house that is perfect for families and groups. It is limited to one group per day (maximum capacity of 6 people) and offers a vacation home experience. It is located in one of Japan's three most scenic spots, a 3-minute walk from the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Itsukushima Shrine, and close to Momijidani Park and the cable car, making it ideal for those who enjoy walking in the park or hiking. The Japanese-style bedroom (2nd floor) and modern dining room (1st floor) combine Japanese charm with comfort. You can feel the Japanese atmosphere with Japanese modern art by an artist from Hiroshima Prefecture and Japanese essential oils for each season. In addition to the lettering work by Haruto Adachi, the artist who worked on the front frame of Itsukushima Shrine, the "24 Shunji" (24 types) essential oils used in the rooms are displayed and sold in the adjoining community space. ※ Staff are present in the adjoining community space during the day (10:00-17:00). I would be happy if people who are interested in living in the countryside, farms, and old private houses could relax here. It is not a private rental, but a private lodging. You can stay in a separate building connected to the main house by a hallway. There is a hot spring facility called Kagura Monzen Yujimura, which is 40 minutes away by car, and it is recommended because there are also performances of Kagura on weekends.
