Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Hispaniola

We loved staying at Susanne's place! The home is quite big and spacious with high ceilings. The location is excellent and walkable to everywhere in Zona Colonial. The kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated the many fans around the house because it was super hot in DR! The A/Cs in the bedroom were excellent and they do get nice and chilly (always remember to keep all doors and windows closed). The washer/dryer were wonderful to have (although be a little careful as it is right next to the beautiful pool). Susanne was helpful and always ready to help (e.g. offering to bring additional equipment when the wifi wasn't strong in the dining room area). It was also a nice touch to have cleaning service stop by one day. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. We also felt very safe. A little noise on some nights from next door music but nothing too bad. Bathrooms were spacious (hot water always came back even when shower was running for a little while). Highly recommend! Beautiful home!

From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by the sounds of nature, fresh mountain air, and breathtaking views. The home was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Waking up to misty mornings with coffee on the balcony was pure magic. The peaceful setting made it easy to relax and disconnect, yet we were still close enough to town to enjoy local restaurants and activities like waterfalls and river excursions. The hosts were responsive, kind, and provided great recommendations. We truly felt at home and didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a serene getaway in the Dominican mountains. We’ll definitely be back!

We absolutely loved this place — it was truly beautiful! The pictures don’t do it justice. Clemente was an amazing host: attentive, professional, and welcoming. The house was spotless and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed. My family felt very safe throughout our stay. We enjoyed every moment and will definitely be coming back. I had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and just like the pictures. The pool was a highlight. The views were beautiful, and the gym looked great too. I would definitely stay here again!

This home was wonderful. Whenever I come back to Punta Cana I will stay here again for sure. Disappointed with the WiFi at the top floor at times. Who needs WiFi though if you are having a good time The pool is private. The neighborhood has everything you could want in DR. Right by the beach. The host was very responsive to any issue or question. Allowed my guest and I to have an uninterrupted good time. Literally 5 star stay. Grill works, pool works, hot water showers without long waits. I’ll be ranting and raving about this Airbnb for at least a yr. The convenience store and liquor store right on the first floor and same street. Just so many great things honestly. Thank you managers if this place

Me sentí como en casa todo muy limpio y ella es muy amigable y pendiente de todo y recomiendo al 100 por 100 este lugar para disfrutar en familia o solo pork es muy trankilo y todo muy organizado y limpio 💯

Excelente hospedaje!! Un apartamento muy bien decorado con todo lo que podíamos necesitar. El host respondía rápido y estaba pendiente de si lo necesitáramos. Encontramos el apt limpio, con sábanas, toallas, cocina impecable y todo el su lugar. Definitivamente volveríamos a tentarlo.

Great location in the center of the city- walking distance to restaurants and supermarket. Secure location- guarded entrance, private parking and front desk receptionist. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Being able to see the sunrise right from the master bedroom was amazing. The views from this place are incredible. Lea was very responsive and provided us with a number of suggestions that made our stay even better. We will definitely visit again.

This was a great place to stay with beautiful views of the ocean. I would stay here again! They even had a little coffee machine with coffee and mugs available to you. I enjoyed a nice cup of coffee by the pool/beach. Thank you for a great experience.

Communication was seamless! Olga was extremely responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish! Her recommendations and tips were very helpful. I can’t thank her enough, she really made my stay even better. She literally went above and beyond! This condo was absolutely like you see in the photos if not even better in person and beautifully decorated. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The kitchen area was pristine and stocked with important essentials. Excellent for the moments I wanted to cook something quickly. Although I absolutely enjoyed all the restaurants within this oasis. I felt safe and ventured out using the golf cart, taxis and walked throughout my stay and really fell in love with this area. I was taken aback by the breathtaking views from the balcony, waking up to the sea everyday was a dream come true. I will be back very soon! Thank you Olga for the best time ever!
