A home built circa 1920, you will find peace and easy living. Easily accessible to restaurants, the arts scene, wedding venues, and history, this house is perfect place to “home base” while you explore old Wilmington. A single story dwelling, with the kitchen at the heart of it, it boasts heart pine floors in the original part of the house and oak in the addition that was just completed in 2019. With an en suite and a small sitting area in the master bedroom, it is the perfect place to unwind!
