As with many properties on the island, the road/road noise in front is the price to pay for the beautiful views beyond the road. Nice property, gated and with lovely pool. Apartment was great - comfortable bed, large kitchen, big TV, laundry, etc. The very large balcony extends the entire apartment for constant views and nice outdoor seating and eating. Beautiful sunsets over Moorea. Representative Katty was very responsive: met us outside the airport and we followed her by car to the property (she offered to stop along the way at the store if we needed anything). She showed us how to enter, where to park, how to operate everything inside apartment, and answered several questions during our visit. Very helpful.

Stayed here with my partner for a couple of nights on the way through to Moorea. As the other reveiws have said, great location, close to the airport, quiet, easy access and Anais communicated very well. Will stay here again if we are passing through!

This beachfront home was truly a dream come true! The warm wood accents and modern furnishings created a perfect blend of comfort and style. The location was unbeatable - just steps away from a crystal-clear lagoon teeming with fish, coral and turtles. We loved taking long walks on the beach and spotting whales jumping from the upstairs balcony. Brice was an exceptional host. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly welcoming and helpful. He guided us through the house, made sure we had everything we needed, and even arranged SUP/Kayak rentals for us at the condo. His recommendations for local restaurants were spot on. When we were unable to find spots on whale watching boats, Brice went above and beyond to secure a reservation for us. We highly recommend this beautiful home and its wonderful host. It's the perfect place to relax, enjoy nature, and create unforgettable memories.

We spent 2 nights during our honeymoon. Lulled by the melody of the waves, we enjoyed having a drink in front of the black sandy beach. The location is ideal, the accommodation is clean and fully equipped. We did not lack anything during our stay. Too bad it wasn't possible to have the accommodation even 1 hour earlier.

We loved our stay! The pool was wonderful. The snorkeling was amazing and literally out the back door. Our 6 and 8 year olds were able to enjoy chasing fish and playing with crabs in the shallows. There are markers out in the coral reef indicating the coral trail. This is some of the biggest and most elaborate coral I have ever seen. We saw giant sea anemones, I’ve never seen anything like it! The paddle board was nice to take out snorkeling with kids so they had a place to rest if needed. Most of the property has been remodeled and is very modern, the exception being the powder room. The kitchen opens to the back area with barstools at the counter, we ate here most of the time. The doors open in front and back letting a nice breeze blow through. Be prepared for mosquitos because, remember where you are. Amazing fenced in outdoor space for kids to roam and mango tree in the front. Henri accommodated our early arrival. Some noise from public park next door, not bad.

A superb place to stay. Quite a way from the airport so be prepared for expensive taxis. The location is right in the beach and the sound of the waves is exhilarating. Only downside was the traffic noise and maybe could do with a couple more fans? Otherwise amazing. Would stay again. Many thanks !

We stayed in Villa Paati It was enough room for a family of 5. It looked over the lagoon and we kayak d most days. The sunrise was amazing there. The beds were comfortable. Did not see the description that the third bedroom did not have AC but it was cool enough. Kitchen was cute and made it possible to make most things we wanted to. Owners helped us when our car that we had rented in Pape’ete broke down. This is a big deal! They were awesome. I would recommend this place to anyone! That said: if things your first time to Tahiti, become familiar with when the food places are opened and closed, also the markets.

Beautiful accommodation very well equipped. It has everything you need for a good stay in Tahiti and even more. It is also close to the airport which avoids stress when checking out especially when you see the traffic that may be on the main road at certain times. Mauruuru Manouchka and Maono

Sandrine was a wonderful host from beginning to end. She greeted us at the airport, waited for us to get our rental car, and escorted us to our vacation home including a tour. She stocked the refrigerator with some essentials to get us started. At he end of our visit, she escorted us to the airport to see us off including help with a taxi. The property was beautiful, the kids loved the pool, and the property is walkable to a fabulous bakery.

A very nice house that’s fully air conditioned and halfway between downtown and the airport. Our host was very cooperative in allowing an early check in and making sure we had a pleasant stay. There was a great pizza place just below the house and a grocery store was across the road. It was perfect for our group of 4.

My family and I had an incredible stay at Lorenza’s home. The house was spacious, clean, comfortable, and extremely well equipped. The backyard was private with plenty of seating for outdoor meals + steps right into the beautiful water. Lorenza and her husband were friendly and helpful. The house is quiet but still is walking distance to great restaurants and food trucks. It is also close to town, markets, and hiking trails. I’ll always include a couple of days here before heading to different French Polynesian islands in the future. The area is safe and comfortable. Gorgeous views of Moorea! Our stay at Sandra and Olivier's place was extremely enjoyable. The accommodation is very well appointed with high quality furniture. We had all the necessary instructions at all times. The residence is very quiet, a short walk to the beach and the sounds of the waves rocked our evenings. There is a shopping mall nearby as well as good small typical restaurants. We'll be back with great pleasure.

We really loved our stay at Nicolas and Estelle's place, it was great! You will be greeted by the ultra cute attack cat, who cuddled us every day. The place is huge, super clean, and we slept very well. Thanks again to the perfect hosts Nicolas and Estelle, it was great! Special mention for the evening we shared with them, everything was perfect.

Our stay here was perfect. Great location. Close to ferry. We stayed here 1 night and took ferry to Moorea island. It was clean and spacious. We would stay here again

Very good and nice place to stay and very facil to get there. It has nearby restaurants and grocery store. We also liked the garden area of the house that allows you to have breakfast with a breathtaking view of the beach. The house has everything you need to enjoy a pleasant vacation, including the smart tv. The bed is very comfortable, the spacious room and a good bathroom. Pascal was very friendly and attentive at all times.
