Guest house on a farm with lake property

Welcome to stay at our farmhouse! Take an evening dip in the lake, a SUP trip or enjoy a cup of coffee on your own balcony in the company of the sheep (seasonal). Stroll around the surrounding Sörmland forests or take a canoe trip on the lake. In the winter you can bring ice skating and take a trip out on the lake or swim in the ice wake and then warm up in the sauna. After that, you'll curl up on the couch with a pair of warm socks, lit candles, a hot cup of tea, and an exciting book. From autumn 2025, there will be a stove in the cottage.

Large, nice house with large garden and parking

Our family owned big nice house is empty often so we would like to give vacationing, working or passing through the opportunity to live our nice house. Wonderful garden, private and of course free parking, period and fully equipped kitchen, large living room with TV and dining area, three bedrooms. Four sleeping places but up to six can stay at the same time in the house if one person sleeps on the sofa and two people sleep together in a 120 cm bed. The bathroom has a bath and newly installed toilet seat.

Here you have the opportunity to stay in a newly renovated cottage from the late 1800s with associated guesthouse. Here you live completely undisturbed with horses and forest as neighbors. Here you have the possibility to stroll in the forest or scout animals out in the fields. In the summer, there is Hjälmaren and nice swimming in the nearby area. Nice excursions are also nearby such as Stora Sundby Castle with cafe in summer, farm shop and nice walking paths, Parken Zoo in Eskilstuna and Julita Gård.

Here you live in a modern newly built guest house of about 30 sqm + loft - a paradise on earth. Located in a small village by Hjälmaren - about 5 minutes' walk to the beach. There is a smaller private deck overlooking the forest and a large common deck with access to a shared pool, wood-fired hot tub, gas grill and wood-fired fireplace. The large house can also be rented.

Stugan ligger i en historisk miljö bara minuter från centrala Arboga, och erbjuder en unik kombination av natur, kultur och avkoppling. Här bor du intill den vackra Arbogaån och har tillgång till en stor, grönskande trädgård- idealisk för morgonkaffet, ett dopp i ån eller en stilla stund med en bok under kejsarlinden. The little red house is about 90m away from of the Spannsjö, on which's shores my farm is the only real estate.Your little red house has everything you need, no matter the season: sleeping room with 4beds, living room, bathroom, fully functional kitchen and your own washing machine.Wifi is in the house.
