Apartment holiday rentals in Ho Chi Minh City

This location was perfect for what we were looking for. Easy to find for our taxi service pickup. Building felt very well kept and extra plus there was security onsite. Felt like an upscale building. The unit itself was very clean. We had someone meet us for check-in and he walked us through the unit to show us all the features of the home. We found it super convenient to have a washer/dryer in unit as we were just coming off a week of traveling in Bali/Singapore. Communication with the host was quick and helpful. Really appreciated the flexibility of holding our luggage past our check-out time so we could continue to explore the neighborhood. Would book again.

This was possibly the best Airbnb experience I've had in Vietnam. Raymond's proactive communication and flexibility over check-in made my arrival and recovery from the flight much easier than usual. The apartment was very comfortable and convenient for the metro and restaurants. The river outlook is lovely and peaceful. All in all I can highly recommend this apartment. Thanks Raymond.

Vi was super helpful with the check in process and even helped us find the place at night. it's a nice place in a saw location and very easy to get grab rides from there. The gym and pool were great too. would stay there again for sure.

Our stay in Moga Nest was perfect! It matches the description irl🤍 The location is also convenient for walking, it is nearby to most of the landmarks in Saigon. Also, it has many eateries & spa just outside the street. The host was also enthusiastic and responsive to all our messages which made our stay very smooth. Will surely stay again in Moga Nest once we are back in HCMC😊

Hanh is a very gracious and responsive host, even before we checked in for the first time. She's very prompt in replying to all our queries. The apt itself is situated inside some alleyway such that you don't really hear the din of the hustle like one might expect living in the city centre. Chuhome feels like a home away from home, with all the amenities needed for you to live for a good few days. The place is tastefully decorated and pleasing to the eyes that you'll feel comfortable living in the moment you step in. Hope other guests will continue maintaining the place before they leave.

I had a really relaxing stay at Tony and Bella’s apartment. The space was clean, well-designed, and had everything I needed. The building itself felt upscale and secure, and the facilities like the pool and gym were a great bonus. The bed was super comfortable and I slept really well throughout the stay. The location was also really convenient. It was quiet and easy to unwind, but just a short Grab ride from District 1 so getting around was no problem. Everything was smooth and hassle-free.

The room was clean and in a great location, easy to get around to tourist spots. It was quiet and felt very safe, so I had a really good night’s sleep – the bed was big and comfortable too. The host was very lovely, friendly, and responded quickly whenever we needed help. Highly recommend for a nice stay!

Fantastic host ! So responsive , accommodated a half day stay because we arrived early at a fair cost ! Very much appreciated, we arrived at 6 am and didn’t want to wait til check in! During the stay they were very responsive. Can’t say enough good things about the location and the amenities. Wow ! Everything you could ask for and MORE. You will NOT get these amenities at a hotel & I frequent at high end hotels - some of which make you pay for their saunas and pools. This place had it ALL! Location wise it was close to the epicentre of all the action but just outside and peaceful / close to wonderful street vendors and restaurants which we ate at daily and preferred over many of the restaurants. Don’t think twice about booking this stay . It’s great! One thing to be aware of is the mattress is very firm ( I like this but not all do so be aware ). 10/10 stay and hosts !

because i never read someone Else Said in the review, so: First i was afraid it will be a really noisy place because its so Close to the loudest street in HCMC. But it was really Not, There was small Sounds yes, but nothing that would distract at all. But even If Theres Earplugs free to use (but i Had No need at all) the Room is siper spacious and the hole Setup is really nice. The Bathroom seperated Like that is also awesome. I can understand the Rating of this Location very Well. I Had a really really positive stay in the place. It was Wonderful.

Apartment is cute and all I needed. Perfect for solo travellers or couples. Evie was very helpful during my stay and had fast response.

Beautiful view of the city! Perfect spot which was in walkable distance to busy streets and the walking street for night life. There’s also a massage place directly outside which was convenient. An easy spot to rest before/after day trips. Only recommendation would be for the bed to have a top sheet. That may be a personal preference. The shower water also gets everywhere in the bathroom so an extra bath mat may be needed.

We had a wonderful stay—very satisfied with both the apartment and the host. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely book again when visiting Ho Chi Minh with family. My parents and kids truly loved it. The bedrooms were clean and cozy, with comfortable beds that felt like home. Bathrooms were spotless, well-equipped, and smelled fresh. The spacious living room comfortably fit all 9 of us (6 adults, 3 kids). The kitchen had all the essentials—we enjoyed cooking breakfast and dinner, with a grocery store just 5 minutes away. Laundry was easy with a washer, dryer, and drying space provided. Even the garbage area was clean and odor-free. The host was friendly, helpful, and communicated well in English. Big thumbs up for the host and apartment!

Alex’s place is nice and is walkable to a lot of places, the pizza place downstairs is great as well.

Kat’s home offered us a level of comfort not experienced in over 7 trips to Vietnam. Beds were soft, place was well decorated and bathrooms were immaculate. You can tell that she pays attention to the small details which isn’t something typical for Airbnb’s in Vietnam. Her stay will be our number one choice in future trips.
