Holiday rentals with a patio in Ho Chi Minh City

This apartment was beautiful, better than we had imagine. Very good price for such an amazing place. The apartment is walkable but also such a close drive to so many attractions such as Ben Thanh Market, Saigon Square, District 3 with many popular shopping brands!

This is a fairly new and modern apartment on the 17th floor; very much like a hotel room with a card key slot to turn on power to the apartment. We used the aparment as our base to stow our gear on our trip to the Mekong Delta (roughly 4 hrs away driving). The rest of the time we explored Ho Chi Minh City. ...if you want to get to downtown you'll need to take a Grab (their version of Uber) from this location; Grab is very inexpensive and it's a short ride....recommend you get the app. There is a small WinMart nearby so snacks and drinks are convenient to get. We mostly ate out when we were there, so didn't use the appliances much. Clean and comfortable - all in, we would rent this apartment again.

Super bra ställe och grym utsikt över de höga husen i staden! Värden var jättebra, tydliga instruktioner svarade alltid snabbt och var lätt att kommunicera med! Det ända jag har att påpeka är att det byggs ett till hus mittemot lägenheten som kommer skymma utsikten när det är klart men än så länge funkar det prima!

Tucked away in an alley right in the heart of the Bui Vien walking street area, it offers the perfect balance: peaceful tranquility when you need it, yet just steps away from all the vibrant energy, dining, and nightlife. The pull-out sofa bed provides a convenient sixth sleeping option, complemented by a handy sixth small restroom next to the living room. It's truly fantastic for a group to stay together under one roof, especially with the added convenience with the elevator. While the elevator needs a little getting used to, it's generally a huge plus. The host was incredibly helpful and provided detailed instructions, making for a smooth and enjoyable stay! There’re also a 24/24 convenience store near it house, only 1 mins walk. For who smoke, the house have 2 outside smoking area, one place right outside the maindoor on the ground floor and bigger one on the

깔끔하고 혼자지내기 좋은방이었습니다. 3층까지 올라가야하는 불편함과 좁은계단 공용세탁기를 써야하는 번거러움을 제외하면 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 호스트 역시 친절하고. 너무 좋았습니다.

Just a wonderful place in a very quiet neighborhood

We had a wonderful stay at Thuy’s place. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out was Thuy’s warmth and hospitality. she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and even took the time to chat, which made our experience even more special. The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

Annie has a great place. Just like others have said, it is far above the bustle and noise of the city, and quiet. If you are looking for a convenient and centrally located place to stay in D1, this would be a good pick.
