Good place! Nice set up and responsive hosts - would stay again!

Enjoyed our stay here. Great Location, near the metro stop and also near so many cafes, restaurants and shops. Very spacious and comfortable for a family of five, and stylish interior too.

Very nice and convenient Villa with lots of restaurants, convenient store and banks within walking distance. Accessible by car and easy to get there. very peaceful and safe with security guard at night. all rooms with en suite bathroom, very convenient. A few glitches here and there but the host was very attentive and solve them quickly. Comfortable and really enjoyable stay. Duong was very helpful and attentive. Definitely recommend Duong's place!

Host communicated well. House was well equipped. Happy guests.

Very nice house and host

Went here with a group of 10 people and it was very spacious and nice. Everything we needed the host answered and provided. Very flexible with our request and extension. Very cheap for a really nice place!

We, a group of four friends, recently stayed at this beautiful townhouse and absolutely loved it. Location :Located just 10–15 minutes from the city center and 20 minutes from Bui Vien Street, with cafes and convenience stores nearby. Host : The host was fantastic fluent in English, responsive, and even recommended a great local Pho spot. She will even go extra mile to help you at critical moment. I left my wallet and she got it couriered !!!! House : The townhouse was spotless, well-maintained, and had plenty of beds. The lift was fast, unlike many other places. The pool, while not fully private, was always empty and enjoyable. There's also a dedicated security guard, and we felt safe even leaving our passports behind when going out. The kitchen is stocked with essentials,perfect for making a simple breakfast. Suggestion :If there’s one thing to improve, maybe add a pool table. Haha. Otherwise, it was just perfect. Would I stay here again? Yes, 200%. Worth every penny !!

숙소의 컨디션은 매우 훌륭합니다. 다시 방문하고 싶은 곳입니다. 다만, 숙소의 청소 서비스는 별도로 구매하여야 하며, 구매 가격이 변동될 수 있고, 청소 서비스에 대한 관리자의 약속이 지켜지지 않는 경우가 있습니다. 호치민 시내와의 접근성은 떨어지나 조용한 위치에 있어 휴식과 골프 장 이용에 장점이 있습니다. 숙소 자체는 매우 수준이 높고 훌륭하며 추천합니다.

We got engaged during our stay at Quoc’s Farmhome and we hope you do, too! It’s hard not to fall in love in this lush farmscape scenery that’s quiet and peaceful. The locals, like most of the Vietnamese population, are super friendly and helpful. It’s hidden away beyond the congested traffic of motorbikes and cramped businesses on the major roads. The manager of the on-site cafe and bnb Mai was extremely attentive to every need we had from getting extra towels, bringing us food from local restaurants, providing transportation and was great company. The pool was a great draw and respite from the heat but we got so much more than we ever could imagine in experience and memories. Thank you for the great stay Quoc!

숙소도 생각보다 아주 쾌적해서 머물고 놀기 너무 좋았습니다 하우스 키핑해주시는 분들도 아주 깔끔히 잘해주셨어요 ~ 단점은 딱 하나 ~ 주소검색하면 다른곳으로 가끔나오는것 그거 말고는 없습니다 구글맵은 잘나오는데 그랩에는 잘안나오더라구요

Amazing airbnb, we kept extending the check out date because we didn’t want to leave. The host was friendly and responsive. The place is amazing itself it felt like home. Can’t recommend enough to whoever is looking for their next accomodation. We will be back once every year to stay here
