Beautiful house, very spacious and tastefully decorated. The pool was a huge plus! The only downside was the water not working inside the bathroom of the rooms, but that was solved quickly once I messaged the host. Place is close to the main ancient town and all those attractions.

Wow! This stunning place felt like I was staying in an interior design magazine! The Zen minimalist design with lovely gardens and tranquil spaces and pool made me want to stay forever! Not just because of the serene beauty, but also because Quynh has thought of every possible convenience, providing comfort touches such as luxurious bathrobes and great smelling toiletries. We were especially impressed with the quality bed linens and great pillows - even a special orthopedic neck pillow!The layout of the apartment was wonderful too. There were three of us staying here (my husband and I, and our friend) and it was great to have two spacious bedrooms, each with its own private full bathroom (complete with garden!). The work desks in each bedroom were great as we needed to do some remote work during our stay and the internet was superb. Communication with Trinh was fabulous and she was lovely at arranging everything we needed!

Everything was good except for the cleaning fee we have to pay per day.

대가족이 지내기 훌륭한 곳이에요~ 부모님과 아이 모두 만족한 곳이네요^^ 사장님과 소통도 원활하고 위치가 좋아 여행 기간 동안 편했습니다. 우리가 숙소에 있으며 주로 이용한 곳은 바로 앞 마트 2곳 음반미, 콩카페, 숙소 바로 옆 중국 음식점이였고 후기 좋은 미쓰니도 근처에 있어 가고 싶었지만 가지 못한게 아쉽네요~ 해변가도 가까워 물놀이 가능하고 숙소 수영장도 온도 적당하여 아이들이 신나게 놀았습니다. 대가족 숙소 고민하신다면 추천드려요~^^

Lily is very kind and very nice , she help us to call the car for one day for every where ,she make our trip be convenient ,thanks lily 👍🏻 Kim son villa is a good place ,you can swim and play football tennis ,that’s very good hahaha

9명 대가족이 머문 숙소예요. 부모님 2명, 아이 3명, 성인 4명이 맘 편히 머문 숙소입니다. 아는 사람 한 명 없는 다낭, 호이안에서 ahn은 든든한 친구가 되어 주었어요. ahn은 궁금한 걸 에어비앤비 메세지로 그때그때 피드백을 해주었고, 픽업 샌딩 예약, 마사지 추천, 식당 추천 등 모든 일정에 친절하게 조언해 주었어요. 방마다 에어컨이 빵빵하게 들어왔고, 어매니티도 충분했습니다. 바로 앞에 베트남 현지 식당과 카페 약국도 있어요. 아이들은 다낭의 호텔보다도 여기가 더 좋다고 했어요. 밤 10시까지 우리만의 숙소에서 수영을 실컷 물놀이했어요. 세탁도 하고, 새벽시장에서 과일도 사다 먹고.. 마실 물도 있었습니다. 공용 거실이 좀 더 시원했다면 좋았을 것 같아요. 하지만 ahn의 모든 대처가 너무 훌륭해서 만족한 경험이에요. ahn은 많이 의지가 되었고, 변수가 있으면 안되는 대가족 여행에서 큰 조력자였어요. 식당에 두고 온 모자를 찾아주고 숙소에 두고 온 선글라스를 한국으로 보내주겠다고 말한 호스트라니.. 진짜 짱! 베트남 사람에 대한 이미지가 더 좋아졌어요.

Beautiful home in a secluded neighbourhood, Hannie was very helpful in providing information prior to our arrival and was accommodating in extra requests. The location was very serene and it was my family's favourite accommodation for our stay.

What a wonderful home to stay in ! So beautifully furnished with tasteful local decor, a lush private peaceful garden with a lovely fish pond, just a few minutes from the beach and only a short cab ride to the old quarter ! The breakfasts provided every morning were fabulous and any questions we had were answered immediately ! I highly recommend this place for a relaxing beautiful stay in Hoi An !!

사실 숙소위치는 사진으로 보내주었지만 처음 방문하게 되면 그냥 지나치기 쉬워요. 그 외에 숙소는 깔끔했지만! 아무래도 계단이 많다보니 더운 날씨에 오르락 내리락 하려니 힘들긴해요 2층 메인거실은 실링팬과 에어컨이 있지만 더위대비해서 엄청 시원하진 않아서 각 방에 들어가서 쉬었고. 전자레인지가 없는건 너무 아쉬웠어요! 그래도 호스트는 친절하고 주변에 뭐가 많아서 위치도 좋았어요!!

Located in a great area with lots of places to eat and drink within walking distance. Plenty of room for my family of 6. Home had everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. Highly Recommended!

The house is clean and very roomy, just like the photos. It has a washer and dryer which was so convenient. The house is near many attractions such as the dragon bridge, night market, the beach and many more. Rain even let us have a late check out while we waited to go to the airport. We would definitely stay at Rain's place again.

The host is very enthusiastic, responds quickly and is very supportive. It is located in the center so it is easy to move around, but if anyone wants to be close to the beach, from here you have to go quite far (but don't worry because Da Nang city is quite small to travel)

Hoi’s place was exactly as listed. Very clean and nice. She was very helpful and helped plan our trip to Ba Ha Hills and organised our transportation from there to Hoi An. Great experience and would stay there agains. Thank you for everything.

We met Hang on the very first day as we arrived at her property. She was very polite and showed us the whole property and gave us helpful advice too. The place was immaculate and looked like photos. We were a group of 7 people. We had no issues living at Hang’s property. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back if we are in Da Nang again. 100% recommended. She also owns a small cafe next door which only serves drink. Don’t miss it if you are in the area. Everything was at walkable distance. Walk for 5 minutes and you will be in the market. There were lots of restaurants, massage places and shops around the property. Da Nang Night Market is 8 to 10 mins away by car. 100% recommended

Binh and Memee were the perfect hosts they gave us recommendations for all sorts of restaurants, and we’re always happy to help with any questions we had.

정말 후회없는 선택이였습니다 너무 친절하고 설명도 잘해주고 조식에 차량에 모든게 완벽했습니다 노후된 숙소 문제후기에 살짝 걱정했지만 걱정이 무색하게 저희는 너무 좋았습니다 부모님도 엄청 만족해 하셔서 행복한 가족여행이였네요~~~ 진짜 꼭 꼭 다시 빙문하고싶습니다^^

Leila & her husband are very helpful in everything. Her house is worth every penny. The location is nice if you want a peaceful area with cheap restaurants and convenience store around. Grab car is also accessible. We will recommend her place to friends if they plan to visit Da Nang soon. Thank you so much Madam Leila. You are so kind and helpful. ☺️

Deze woning is echt van alle gemakken voorzien, bij aankomst lag er een heerlijke bahn mi voor ons klaar en verse kokosnoten. Overal was aan gedacht en zelfs muggenspray was aanwezig. Heel prettig contact met de host en ook de wasmachine kwam goed van pas. Het nadeel is dat het erg ver van het centrum af zit en het moeilijk te vinden is voor taxi’s. Met de fiets was het ook te ver naar het centrum. En het naastgelegen restaurant heeft zicht op de tuin van de woning, waar het zwembad is. Geen last gehad van het restaurant maar als het daar druk is heb je wel veel minder privacy. Ligbedjes bij het zwembad is misschien nog een fijne toevoeging. Al met al een perfecte woning op een rustige afgelegen plek.

We really enjoyed staying here, it was pure luxury, it had everything we needed. Our breakfast every morning was delicious. Thuong was really helpful with tours and information. We loved the quite neighbourhood, with lovely local restaurants and easy access to the beach.

Quynh Trang not only had an amazingly beautiful immaculate clean house, she topped up with her amazing hospitality. In my so many years of AirB&B experience, she was hands down the best host we ever came across. Her attention to detail in the property and her proactively helping us stood out like no other. I usually don't leave a lot of reviews and at least don't write a lot in the reviews but in her case I'm making an exception because she was simply awesome as a host. Our family loved the place. I'll highly recommend this place.

Worth it and more! In a quiet area but only 10 minute Grab from Hoi A markets, cute shops nearby and good restaurants. Our host was really helpful and offered to get us a car whenever we needed it. Rooms were stunning and bathrooms were excellent size. For a big group this was ideal, also had waters and beers stocked for us to enjoy (at our own expense). Would thoroughly recommend
