Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Hòa Cường Bắc

This is my second time staying at the Chi Villa and hopefully not my last. It is so perfect! The best location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants, and a short scooter ride in to old town. The host Lam is so helpful and will organise everything you need! Breakfast is delicious. Thank you for everything and we will be back.

Fantastic place for group gathering, big family. Lots of nice food within 5~10 mins Grab. Very helpful co-host, sorry I can't recall his name. But I'm pretty sure I'll be back next 2026.

Stunning place. The historical design has been beautifully preserved and the modern conveniences make it a very comfortable stay. Felt very luxurious and authentic. Right in the centre of Ancient Town, everything on the doorstep, yet very quiet at night. Our host responded within minutes to messages. We loved this stay! Would highly recommend.

I only stayed for one night, but I was very, very satisfied. They quickly informed me of the check-in procedure via message, there were many rooms, it was clean, and especially the 3rd floor was really... I was very satisfied.I enjoyed a spacious area that I couldn't enjoy in my usual life. I'm sensitive to bedding, but it was really clean, and thanks to that, I had a deep sleep. I didn't want to go anywhere, so I ordered breakfast service, and the staff came in the morning and cooked! After you prepared it for me, you even organized it... I was so happy that I could get ready to leave right after eating. There was a perfect lawn for the kids to play, so we let them play in the water, and we took a break with the air conditioner in the next room. The location was also perfect for sightseeing, as it was about 10 minutes from Beacheona Han Market by Grab. I am very satisfied and enjoy the luxury. We are a family of 5, but I think it would be great for one or two more families to come together or for the whole family to come together. I think I'll have to visit again next time... Anyway, I recommend it!!

What a fantastic find Bao’s villa was, we loved having the privacy of our own courtyard and pool, villa has everything we needed for our weeks stay, easy to get to the old town and An Bang beach, Bao was always available to assist with any queries and recommendations, we used several of the restaurants he recommended and they were all very good. A big shout out to all of the staff on site, they always had a smile and were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for them, great extras included free laundry service and airport pick up and drop off. We will definitely return to Palm Villa on our next trip to Vietnam, we would highly recommend Bao’s Villa’s we are sure you will enjoy it as much as we did!

Anna was the best AirBnB host I’ve ever had. She was very great with communication, she went above and beyond with recommendations, made sure we were comfortable, and helped us with transportation. Everything was accurate to the listing. When I come back to Da Nang, I will try my best to come back to Anna’s homestay.

It's a much better place to stay than it looks. da At first, I was skeptical about the good reviews from other users, but after using it, I think it's worth it. da I liked the friendly manager and the quick response. da From the point of view of using both breakfast and barbecue, the amount is very large. da Delicious food and clean facilities. Pickup and drop-off were also well guided, so I used it conveniently.

Great home and location! It was convenient to get to places, surroundings had items such as coffee, food, nail salon, ATM, etc. The house itself was clean and felt just like home. We would love to stay here again. Lastly, the host is very helpful and friendly! It was truly welcoming.

Our stay here was brief but very comfortable. Dong greeted us at the reception when we arrived and was kind enough to keep the room ready before the check-in time to accommodate for our arrival. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. It’s also located very close to the airport, the dragon bridge, a lot of amazing restaurants and cafes, and the Son Tra night market.

I had a really nice stay They responded very quickly, and I had a good stay without any inconvenience during my stay. It was a little noisy from the downtown area, but it wasn't uncomfortable. Thank you ^ ^

Beautiful apartment in a brand new building. Full kitchen, washer and dryer that worked well and balcony. Bathroom was great and hot water and AC was perfect. Very very spacious and a 5 minute walk from the beach.

I highly recommend this place. Perfect for a couple. Good wifi and the host is super lovely. I’ll definitely come back here again.

The infinity pool with its endless sea view was absolutely stunning.

Clean place and comfortable. Host is incredibly proactive by giving information and checking if there is any further need. There are multiple washing machines and all work well. It’s peaceful to rest at night and the blinders help a lot in the morning.

Very clean, very friendly. I also help with my luggage. Thank you very much. The only bad thing is that the domestic card at the nearby ATM can not withdraw, so the drinks on the refrigerator can not be paid. Ahhhhh, ahhhhhh, a lot of ATMs do not support UnionPay cards.

Loved the stay! The hosts were also very hospitable. My favourite part was the view of the beach along with da nang city together ♥️

The host meticulously took care of my needs before leaving the country, and was very attentive to me by checking how well I was doing the moment I stayed at the accommodation. The accommodation is also as shown in the photos and I had a really good stay. In particular, it was located on the 30th floor, so the view was good, and it had all the necessary amenities, and the rice noodle restaurant recommended by the host was so delicious. the white building in the white building between the mart and the entrance to Building A, and the chicken cartilage fries were also so delicious. It was my first trip to Da Nang and it was such a good memory. Thank you.

I recommend this place to stay; I will definitely be staying here again. The host is really responsive and helpful. The location is strategic, a two-minute walk to the beach, and it is even better when you get a beach-view unit.

We had a wonderful stay at Quang Vinh’s place, being just a short walk away from the hustle bustle, it was very comfortable and peaceful. There was always someone at the reception offering helpful advice, the washing machine and dryer combo was a lifesaver, and they also had bicycles you can use. They also offer airport shuttle service which was immensely helpful and more cost-effective than booking a grab/taxi. Highly recommend, and we would love to stay again in the future.

We had a great time, must say - never met a host like Vanne. She is very humble and cooperative. If you're visiting Da Nang then stay at her place.

Linhs place is such a nice and calm place to stay at, especially being so near to the beach!! The apartment is beautiful and relaxing and Linh was a very proactive and friendly host, making sure that we were looked after and any thing that came up was sorted promptly and kindly!
