Located right in the cente of Old quarters, 3-4 mins walking from the night market and hoan kiem lake, The host herself is very helpful and she really invests her time in suggesting good places to eat near by and other activities! Will definitely recommend to stay here!

L'hôte a été très accueillante, réactive et attentionnée. Elle m’a donné de bons conseils pour explorer la ville et découvrir la cuisine locale. Je recommande vivement ce logement à toute personne cherchant un endroit confortable, central et authentique à Hanoï. J’y reviendrai avec plaisir !

This Airbnb was everything we hoped for and more! The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly cozy — the attention to detail was next level. From the comfy beds to the warm, inviting decor (those orange pillows and macrame wall art were such a nice touch!), everything made us feel instantly at home. But what truly made our stay unforgettable were the hosts, Ryan and Tea. They were beyond lovely — so friendly, warm, and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed. Whether it was arranging transportation, giving local recommendations, or just making sure we were comfortable, they went above and beyond in every way. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. If you're visiting the area, do not hesitate to book this spot. It's a peaceful retreat with amazing people behind it. Thank you so much for everything — we’ll definitely be back! 💛

Perfect location- in the heart of old town ( with all great local food and attractions) and close to the lake ( very nice for walking). It was quiet in the apparent as it is located a little bit back of the building ( only sometimes I heard neighbors talking loud). The entrance was scary for me ( you have to pass this old hall) but there are automatic lights that helps. Apartment is very simple ( in a good way) and functional. Modern and still with heritage style. You have everything that you need. Outside wc and bathroom ( was not a problem after you get into it)- there were never any insects. Washing-maschine is very handy on holidays with this heat. Beds and mattresses were comfortable what is very important. AirCo work properly.

Un logement spacieux et conforme aux attentes, j'y ai passé un excellent séjour. Il n'est pas pourvu de cuisine mais possède un petit réfrigérateur ainsi qu'une bouilloire. Le studio se situe à deux rues d'un quartier très animé, dans une large avenue où l'ambiance est plus calme. De nombreux restaurants et boutiques se trouvent à côté, sans oublier le Musée des femmes du Vietnam. L'hôte est très aimable et avenante, elle saura vous guider au besoin !

Phuong Anh is a lovely and responsive host, we were offered cleaning service as we stayed for two whole weeks, also whenever we had any questions they were responded to promptly. The place itself is really clean and for us was perfect for the price we paid. It’s also very easy to get grabs from the street outside, there’s also many very nice cafes and milk tea places that are open late. The only comment I would have if you are a light sleeper consider earplugs, Vietnamese people are very hard working and start work much earlier than perhaps we are used to so you may find it helpful to have them! This is not an issue with the Airbnb but you should consider this in order to adapt to the lifestyle of locals :) I recommend 100% stay here for either a short or long stay!

Lovely host and a homey find, we felt right at home. The room was squeaky clean and aesthetically stylish. Our host was so helpful with everything and even kindly stayed up late to greet us. Highly recommended!

The room is designed to be very bright, with comfortable bed sheets and bedding, making it ideal for a large group of friends to stay together. You can also see the sunrise from the balcony. During check-out, we could temporarily store our luggage at the guard house downstairs. For late-night entry, you need to use a key to open the iron gate downstairs, which feels relatively safe 👍🏻.

My partner and I stayed at Vo’s place for a week and we loved it. The apartment is located on nearby cafes and local restaurants. It’s walking distance to most places in the old quarter, with good internet speed which is great for people working online. They also offered housekeeping, change of towels and assisted us to book a tour to Ha Long Bay. Highly recommend.

The location of this accommodation was in the heart of the old quarter above a restaurant which we found is quite common in Hanoi. Being in the heart of the old quarter meant lots of restaurants, things to do, and nightlife. But that also meant loud nights, so it depends on your preference. The accommodation was extremely spacious and comfortable. Two queen beds in one bedroom, a king bed in the other, each with an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen and sitting area was separate with a great view of the nightlife. The space looked pretty much like the photos. The bathrooms could have been cleaner. The check in process was not “self check in” and a little complicated, but Khánh, the person we dealt with, was extremely friendly, responsive and helpful. We communicated over what’s-app rather than the Airbnb app. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and loved the desserts at the restaurant below the accommodation. Thank you, Khánh!

Trung and Nguyen are the loveliest hosts you could ever ask for. They’re incredibly friendly, responsive, helpful, very flexible with time (curfew) and very accommodating to our needs, u can tell they are genuinely kind and want us to enjoy our stay. The place is also AMAZING, it has well-designed interior and thoughtful touches. There's a big TV, big window with a shade giving you a nice view of the street but also enough privacy when needed — the whole space is spacious, clean, and comfortable. It is also perfectly located in the heart of the Old Quarter, but in a nicer and quieter neighborhood (some parts of the Old Quarter are too busy and chaotic, but not this one). As a surrounding, youll get small cute shops on the same street, a Michelin-starred restaurant right next to the building, plenty coffee shops, and just across the street, a five-star hotel and a convenience store. Overall, it's a great deal in all aspects

The airbnb was great. The location was in a quiet area with many different shops and cafes but the city center was in walkable distance. The apartment was big, clean and very modern - definitely worth the money! The security men were adorable and made us feel super welcome. I have tiny criticism for the cleaning though, as our towels were dirty and not changed properly. The wifi was alright but slow sometimes. But overall it was a remarkable airbnb and I would definitely come back again!

We like Ms. Hoa's place so much that we decided to rent her place everytime we go back to Hanoi. Her place looks even nicer and bigger than in the pictures, spotless clean, very quiet, with lots of greens and full of fresh air and light! We didn't expect to have such a place in the very center of Hanoi. Ms. Hoa was so friendly and helpful. She definitely goes out of her way to help us. 100% recommend.

Fantastic value! Nih is very responsive and helpful…we had a wonderful stay. I thought the Air BnB was beautiful and full of character, great location and has everything we needed. Projector was amazing and Netflix was logged in. Would definitely recommend.

Always responsible. Very helpful. Very nice accommodation. Complete kitchen, nice bath with heater. Almost have everything. The place is near to establishments and restau. Walkable and it is located inside the old quarter so it is also advantage if you have tours or bus ride because they are free pick up & free drop off from this place. Easily find by grab drivers. Easy access and self check in so even if you came too early, you can freely go to your room as long as no one booked the room before you.
