Our stay was so good we went back to stay again. perfect location, great for family, easy access, great support.

We stayed at Anna’s as a family group and it was perfect for us all. Plenty of room and two bathrooms was plenty for us. The terrace area was great with the kids too. Thank you Anna!

Everything is great. Big house many space , beds are so comfy, bathrooms are clean and beautiful (they also have outside shower in the backyard). The location is topnotch, many restaurants nearby and only 5 mins to Hoan Kiem lake,Ha Noi Opera house. Love it, definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay in this large, well-located, and quiet apartment in the heart of the Old Quarter. Trang was always responsive and the apartment was as described. The neighborhood itself is bustling, but very little of the street noice makes its way into the apartment because of good sound-proofing. The apartment feels like an oasis when needed, yet we were able to sit on our balcony and enjoy the chaos of the street, too. We were sad when our reserved time was up. We will definitely reserve this space again in the future.

Fantastic location, lovely hosts and a great big space. Upstairs was quite hot, but otherwise it was perfect.

Hidden gem in the Old Quarter !!! One would never expect to see such a nice place in the area, especially due to its location. Love the individual floors with separate bathrooms, everything was clean and neat. While I loved the spiral staircase, it is not ideal for anyone with knee issues or the elderly. Will choose this again when I visit Hanoi again.

Absolutely gorgeous property in a prime location. Packed with rustic charm! If you want a true Hanoi experience this 3story house is just too cool. Please be advised- the stairs are STEEP going up to the property and on the inside, if you have knee issues or are older (like me) this can become an unpleasant challenge. Otherwise, this property is a hidden gem that was surprisingly easy to find. The entrance is through a small hall/alley on the street which added to it’s allure.

the home is well stocked and has everything to keep you good for a long stay. Everything is marked properly and there's instructions for each and every appliance. The location is PERFECT. It's close to the lake, there's a local food spot right in front and its walking distance to nearly anything you might wanna do, be it shopping, beer street or train street. We didn't feel the need to book a cab during our 3 day stay here. Finally the host is SUPER HELPFUL, and can basically fulfil any of your travel requests. We were able to exchange currency with him right at the check in. They also own a travel agency, and can rent bikes too.

Great location, really nice flat with an lovely balcony. Small cons : TV wasn’t working and the kitchenware seems a bit lightly furnished, with only a few tools. But overall it is really pleasant apparement and Do is extremely responsive and friendly. Would recommand 100%

Perfect location if you want to be in a quiet neighborhood but still walking distance to the Old Quarter. There's a lot of cafés and places to eat in the area like a Bia Hoi restaurant. The place feels like a luxury because of the heated toilet seat! They have everything you need in the room, including drinking water, fridge, mini kitchen and living and dining areas. I would definitely recommend Trung's place!

Great living space in a great location.

I recently stayed at ThuyAnh's place and found the rooms to be very clean and spacious. The rooms were very clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a well-maintained bathroom that met all our needs. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around. Although we initially had trouble finding our way in, ThuyAnh was very responsive and helped us troubleshoot - even late at night. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free stay!

It was smaller than the picture, but overall, the water quality was also good. If you leave the trash and laundry outside in the morning, we will dry it and take it away. Everything was good, but I just want to point out that it was noisy because it was under construction.

The place is fully furnished, the host is enthusiastic and easy to communicate with.

Apartment is nice and clean, well equipped. Basic necessities are provided. Sheets are clean. Enjoyed my stay. Overall, a good place.

If you stay longer in Hà Nội very good place, very quite you can have good sleep and just take a grab when you want go to the city.

A comfortable and convenient spot with proximity to an atm, coffee spot, and eateries. The room is clean and has everything you need-fully finished kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The host is incredibly welcoming and quick to respond to any questions or concerns that you might have. I will highly recommend for both short and long term stay.

Tuan’s apartment is an absolute gem - brand new, spotless, and beautifully designed. It’s comfortable, practical, and feels incredibly cozy - we felt at home right away. Tuan is a model host: he responds quickly, is always helpful, and actively suggests great local experiences. The Japanese-style neighborhood is stunning and peaceful - perfect for relaxing walks. Nearby, you’ll find the Mori Onsen complex with hot springs, massage salons, a swimming pool, and a gym - everything you need to take care of both body and mind. There are also plenty of delicious restaurants around, and getting to Hanoi is very easy. Highly recommended - a solid 10/10!

Thuy and Phuong were very helpful and responsive prior to and throughout or stay. We had no issues getting into the apartment (the electronic lock is very useful). The location is ideal as it's quieter than the Old Quarter but only a five minute walk away from it. There are lovely restaurants and cafes in the area and it's not difficult to find public transport nearby. The apartment is just like how it looks in the pictures with all amenities provided. The hosts left us two large bottles of water which was much appreciated. The only downside was the shower, which only stayed warm for about 3-4 minutes, even after leaving the immersion on for longer than recommended. Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here if you are visiting Hanoi. Thanks again to Thuy and Phuong!
