Seaview has been thoughtfully styled with a mix of antique and modern furniture to blend the federation home and Japanese inspired extension. It is a unique property.

Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

The Stables is an elegant accommodation space situated in city adorned with the tasteful artefacts and period features. Close to the gorgeous Kunanyi within walking distance to the Historic areas of Battery Point and the waterfront. Warm up next to the romantic woodfire or stroll to the local restaurants and cafes. Taste the local Wines and boutique beers. The Stables includes Queen Bed shower and bath all positioned upstairs in the loft. The Stables will have your heart all warm & cosy.
