VERY CONVENIENT NEW YORK COMMUTE 2mins to a bus stop 10mins to Trains/Subway/Path/Ferry 24 mins to WTC 32 mins to Empire St Bld Located on Hudson Street between 7th and 8th. It is walking distance to Washington St, the main Hoboken's street with bars, restaurants, nightlife, stores. The building has an elevator and a community wash and dryer in the basement. Very safe and convenient location. No smoking at any time.

Our loft is located in a lovely converted factory. It boasts stunning 20ft ceilings in the living room, kitchen, spacious bathroom with W/D, 1 bedroom and attached den (no door). It comfortably sleeps 4 with a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a twin that expands to a king in the den. You cannot beat the location! It is next to the 126 NYC bus stop and ferry. It is also next to Washington St. (which is full of restaurants and shops) and across a grocery store, pharmacy, liquor store and cafes.
