The vacation rental is located between the Gesäuse National Park and the Kalkalpen. Ski resorts nearby in winter. In summer, there are hiking trails, bike paths, and an outdoor swimming pool nearby (100 m) for families with children. Fully self-contained with a private entrance, terrace, and parking right outside the door. Grilling area. Carport for motorcycles. Bicycle for small children. Bedroom: double bed and sofa bed. Pets are welcome. There is a large garden right in front of the apartment. Eat-in kitchen and bathroom.

A brand new wooden house with a location right on the edge of the forest. The house has a total of 10 beds, a modern kitchen, a living room and a terrace around the house with amazing views. The 2 of 3 bedrooms are equipped with comfortable double beds, in the 3rd bedroom there is a bunk bed. 6 beds are located on the upper floor. In the garden you can barbecue wonderfully. Please note that the house has neighbors in the immediate vicinity and no parties or noise are allowed after 10 pm!

Our rural-style apartment with 82 m² of living space is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate 1-6 people. The fully equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, stove, oven, kettle and coffee machine leaves nothing to be desired. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 people. The fireplace in the living room provides cozy warmth and a cozy atmosphere on cool evenings.
