The studio with direct access from the outdoor terrace is a 3-minute drive from Oetz, where you will find shops and restaurants, a 5-minute walk from Lake Piburger See, which is suitable for swimming (24 degrees), fishing and ice skating in winter. In Piburg, there is a possibility of dining in two restaurants - 3 minutes' walk. The Hochoetz ski resort, connected to the Kühtai resort, is 2 km away, Sölden can be reached in 30 minutes or you can use the free ski bus in front of the building. In the quiet village center of Haiming, we have - on the 1st floor! - of our large, older house, we have three rooms, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet with what is available to us, friendly furnishings. At the entrance of the Ötztal valley, we are easily accessible by train or bus (on foot about 10 or 3 min) and car (parking at the house) and connected to Innsbruck and all leisure activities in this region has to offer. The farm shop, bakery and butcher are around the corner, 5 minutes to the "MiniEKZ" in the village.

Small but nice

Small studio in the attic of our house. With cooking corner, small balcony and bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal for guests who are passing through, hikers and skiers who are on the road all day anyway, want to cook a little something in the evening and want to end the evening comfortably. You can prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen, but no three-course menu, as it only has two hotplates and no oven, but a microwave is available. If you want a lot of space, our room is certainly the wrong one.

The hiking trail network on the Wank is right outside the front door. The bed is 1.20 m and bathroom accessories are provided for you.

Basement Studio ALPsmart

Studio in the village Habichen (Oetz) has good location near the bus stop, but in the same time next to kids playground and a forest. Habichen is located near well developed village Oetz with all necessary things: Grocery stores, sport shops, few doctors, good restaurants and bars, ski lift and info center. Habichen itself has few great restaurants which are just few minutes walk away from the apartment.
