The city center is just a few steps away, as well as good restaurants, shop, culture, and bike paths. The train station is only 400m away. We are used to children, there is a children's language school in these areas during the school year. We have a lot of lego dupl and also trains. You can leave us notes on the chalkboard in the bedrooms (-teachers).

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge for 20 people with a fireplace and TV, 1 shower and toilet. There is also a bicycle storage area on the ground floor. Behind the building there is a parking lot for 5 cars and outdoor seating for barbecuing.

The U bobříka apartment has two separate rooms. In one you will find a comfortable double bed and one bunk bed, in the other room a bunk bed. The room includes a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Wi-Fi is available. There is also an open wardrobe and a desk. The room price includes bed linen and towels. You will find a mini dining set in the apartment. The set consists of a kettle, mugs, teaspoons, small plates and cutlery knives.
