The property is a newly built wine cellar that offers modern accommodation in the middle of vineyards. The wine cellar consists of a ground floor, first floor and attic. On the ground floor there is an entrance kitchen, toilet and wine cellar with seating and plenty of wine for consumption. The first floor offers 2 rooms with bathroom and balcony, hallway and entrance to a covered terrace with seating and barbecue. In the attic, there are 2 more rooms with bathroom and a beautiful view of the vineyards or the Vyšicko lookout tower.

The Thomas apartment offers a ground floor with an attic, where the ground floor has a kitchenette, a living area and a bathroom. There is a spacious bedroom in the attic. In the apartment, it is possible to unfold a leather sofa, which becomes a full-fledged extra bed (for up to 2 people). The price of the stay includes BREAKFAST and an outdoor Kneipp path (only in the summer months), a multi-purpose court (tennis, volleyball), a WEBER electric grill, and the possibility of using a petanque court or balls for children.

There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a small room with a sofa bed + a separate single bed. Bathroom with bathtub and toilet + separate toilet accessible from the garden. There is also a private garden with covered seating, a grill, an outdoor shower, sun loungers, and a swing.
