Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. NOTE, washing machine is missing. Guests needs to bring own bed linen and towels. Access to a hot bath (39 degrees Celsius) all year round with circulation for purification. Use of a rowboat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoking-free and pet-free! The cottage is right on the beach of Stora Sinnern, one of the few genuine spring-fed lakes that remain untouched with a maximum depth of 25 meters. The cottage is located on the tip of a headland in the middle of the lake surrounded by beautiful cliffs. The plot has a sunny position all day from early morning to late evening. The house has 4 good beds, a fireplace, and a glazed veranda. Bathing dock just outside. This is a unique opportunity for those who want to experience a natural accommodation by a lake in Småland!

Flatehults herrgård med anor från 1832 är helt nyrenoverad i lyxig stil och erbjuder avskildhet i vacker miljö. Trädgården är cirka 10 000 kvadratmeter och huset med sina 230 kvadratmeter är spatiöst med stora umgängesytor såväl inomhus som utomhus. Terrasen har utsikt mot trädgården och närliggande åker och skog. Det finns en jacuzi inomhus med vinkyl och köket är fantastiskt. Från Flatehult är det nära till trevliga utflyktsmål som Astrid Lindgrens Värld, Glasriket och ett stort antal sjöar.

The perfect starting point to explore Småland, Öland and the glass kingdom. Our house is located in the middle of the forest and yet only 3 km from the small town of Högsby, where you will find all the things you need every day. I rent out a small cottage in Smaland (36495 Älghult). It is only a few hundred meters from the lake where there is a beautiful, child-friendly swimming area. Fishing is also possible in this and other nearby lakes. There is only one other house across the street, but it is only inhabited in summer. The house is about 50 m² and sleeps 4 people (2 double beds). It is lovingly decorated, we live in it ourselves!
