The heat comes quickly because the ceiling height is low. Heating air to air pump and cozy wood-burning stove. The island of Rømø is 30 minutes by car, there is free access to the kilometer-long, white sandy beaches. The phenomenon of "Black Sun", where huge flocks of birds, starlings, gather, also happens in the area. Sea eagles are often seen at Højer sluice
