I honestly haven't stayed in an AirBnb apartment this well in a long time Besides the location, which is super nice because it has a bakery right in front, the apartment had very clear instructions, excellent internet, wonderful bed, spectacular shower, new furniture, hair dryer from the best brand Taiff (my wife thanks you) besides the cleanliness of the place, delicious smell in the towels and bed linen but what impressed me the most were the details. He left a bag of popcorn with two chocolates and a message (take the opportunity to watch a good movie and there is soda in the fridge and water) he 😱 had also left two Nespresso with two white gold chocolates. In addition to coffee powder, sugar in the refrigerator. I thought it was incredible and without a doubt, I will return to stay in this same apartment. Gratitude for providing us with so much affection and warmth in an apartment. We feel at home. 🙏

The house is very cozy and the leisure area is incredible, we really enjoy walking around, the neighborhood is quiet and close to the house there is a lake, a coffee shop around 1 km from the property, a fishing spot, a brewery… everything is close. The main thing is that my pet was super calm and loved the property.

We love the space, very spacious and comfortable bed. Quiet place to rest. It has a small dirt road to reach and it was inconvenient that it was raining in the day, but nothing that hindered our access. Communication was clear and requests, I suggested after I had more rolls of toilet paper and cleaning products available at the chalet, as they are basic items of the house, but we took ours because it had already been warned from the beginning and it all worked out. I would go back more times

Beautiful, cozy, very complete house. It's been a wonderful three days. Solar-heated pool provided fun even on the coldest days. The house has everything we need and is very safe and very pleasant. If we return to Serra Negra, we will definitely choose Lúcia's place. The hostess is very attentive and gave all the necessary tips to make the stay much better. I even got a flexibility in checkout because of my birthday. I highly recommend the space.

Our stay was fantastic! The condominium is very close to the main street and, as it has a private garage, we were able to do everything on foot. Close to bars, restaurants and the city's main square. The apartment is impeccable! Very well equipped, we didn't miss anything else. Cozy, with very new and fragrant towels and bedding, it felt like we were in our own home. A great place to rest after a long day in the city. Maricy is very attentive and welcomed us with great affection, always very concerned with the smallest details. I hope to return soon!
