The house was perfect for our family with two separate apartments for the couples and the downstairs apartment with 2 bedroom and a nice big kitchen where we all cooked and spent time together. The hardest thing was the lack of drainage on the street after the rain. It was hard to get around without stepping in muddy water. On the whole we had a great time.

The house has all the modern amenities you could wish for and natural surroundings of the property are breathtaking. The pool is the perfect retreat from the everyday hustle and bustle. What made our stay really memorable was the extraordinary hospitality of our hosts. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, assisting us in coordinating a private dinner with a chef who delighted us with local cuisine and they also helped arranging our travel plans. Also, it is just a short 15-minute ride to the stunning island of Holbox, another slice of PARADISE, and the nearby Five Cenotes provided an adventure that was both thrilling and refreshing. This place is a destination of its own. Perfect for friends and family.

We really liked staying here. It's beautiful inside and the beds are really comfortable. Everything was great but unfortunately, there was construction noise going on a block away all day during the week. We were surprised at the size and amount of mud and puddles in the area, but once we found a good route in to downtown and to the beach, we got over it pretty quickly. We would go back again!

A beautiful oasis in the middle of the jungle! The house is very comfortable, perfect for a few days away from the hustle and bustle of touristy places. I loved falling asleep and waking up to the sounds of the birds. Watching the sunrise and watching the moon at night. The place has everything you need, full kitchen, great outdoor space for making a fire, wonderful upstairs terrace and super high speed internet. I loved that it was far enough away that I felt like I was on a little personal retreat, but in 10 minutes walking I could be in town and there are a few stores, restaurants, cafes. 100% recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing jungle experience.

Das Haus von Sabine ist sehr praktisch, gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Sabine hat uns gute Tipps gegeben und war immer da wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben. Wir haben Fahrräder gemietet, das macht Sinn, um die Insel einfacher zu erkunden und bei den hohen Temperaturen schneller vorwärtszukommen. Das Haus ist nicht mitten im Zentrum, aber trotzdem kann es abends auch mal etwas laut sein, wegen der Nähe zur Strasse. Auch für unsere 2 Kinder war die Unterkunft toll, wir hatten viel Platz und haben unsere Zeit auf Holbox sehr genossen.

La casa muy bonita la ubicación es excelente, lo único que recomendaría es que dejen el rollo de papel completo ya que solo nos dejaron en cada baño un papel usado y escaso como para que una persona fuera una o dos veces al baño , tuvimos que comprar papel higiénico extra, que no me generó ningún problema, pero por el precio que pagué creo que es lo mínimo que debería de tener, solo es una observación la casa está genial

Casita aún más bonita que en las fotos, práctica para viajar con mascotas y en una muy buena ubicación cerca de una de las playas más bonitas de la isla

De lejos uno de los mejores airbnb que he rentado, nos encantó mucho a todos y el lugar es precioso, mucho mejor que en las fotos. Aparte el servicio es excelente, nos recibieron con bebidas y agua fría para tomar. Nos dejaron todo para estar cómodos. Gracias a la anfitriona que es una gran persona.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and stocked with everything you would need. The Location was perfect. We really enjoyed the private pool to cool down in after a day at the beach. Veronica was a lovely host. We would highly recommend staying at Terra Apartments!

Un séjour incroyable dans un grand confort. Idéalement situé au centre de toutes activités, ce logement est une vraie perle. Une literie confortable, une agréable salle de bain, un balcon privé et surtout une divine piscine cachée qui faisait tout son charme. Je conseille vivement cet endroit et j'y retournerai sans aucun doute!

Wir hatten einen rundum schönen Aufenthalt und waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung entsprach genau den Bildern – modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom privaten Pool auf dem Dach – ein echtes Highlight! Dort konnten wir wunderbar abschalten und den Tag ausklingen lassen. Auch für unsere kleinen Kinder (4 und 5 Jahre alt) war der Pool ideal – gut zugänglich, angenehm in der Tiefe und mit Aufsicht sicher nutzbar. Sie hatten großen Spaß! Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend ca. 15 mins zu Fuß vom Zentrum entfernt und auch die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war durchweg freundlich und unkompliziert. Ein Hinweis für zukünftige Gäste: Die Unterkunft gehört zu einer kleinen Anlage mit insgesamt vier Häusern. Unser Haus lag in der zweiten Reihe – das war in der Beschreibung leider nicht ersichtlich. Trotzdem war es ein wirklich sehr schöner Aufenthalt, den wir gerne weiterempfehlen!

We stayed for a week in this accommodation for our honeymoon, and it was simply magical. The photos don’t do justice to the beauty of the place — the view is absolutely breathtaking, and even after a week, we never got tired of it. The house is spotless, tastefully decorated, and you feel at home right away. I planned our whole stay with the co-host Karina, who was amazing: she arranged our transfer and had a lovely surprise waiting for us when we arrived. Communication was perfect from start to finish — attentive, responsive, and truly caring. In short, I recommend this place 200%, with my eyes closed!

La cercanía a la playa fue un verdadero punto destacado, haciendo nuestra visita a Holbox verdaderamente inolvidable. Jessica fue excepcionalmente amable y atenta durante toda nuestra estancia, siempre disponible para ayudar con cualquier pregunta que tuviéramos. Las habitaciones no solo eran espaciosas sino también impecablemente limpias, proporcionando un ambiente cómodo y acogedor. Great place everything matches to the description it is a peaceful, I really recommend it, Sofia is a very nice person always proactive, people at the property very helpful and also friendly, you can’t go wrong.

nos encantó!! sitio con mucha privacidad y tranquilo. la habitación estaba realmente limpia y con una decoración exquisita. a 10min del centro de holbox y a 5min de algunos restaurantes y cafeterías, y pequeño mercado local. holbox es genial y este sitio, también :)

En general una muy agradable experiencia: Cercanía al muelle, habitación temática, fácil acceso, todo lo necesario para descansar y disfrutar tu alojamiento además de un anfitrión en constante comunicación. Sin duda me volvería a alojar!!!

Cosy home near the beach. We liked the beach by the Beach cafe. Took taxis to Playa Cocos (very pretty) & Playa Holbox. These beaches are walking distance for adults, but it was a bit too far for our children. Happily we could usually get a taxi soon enough by walking out on the road for a bit. Overall had a really nice time and Fernanda was very responsive & had lots of tips.

Estuvimos 2 noches y la pasamos muy bien , todo muy limpio y muy cómodo . Está a unas cuadras del centro pero nos pareció muy tranquilo para caminar al centro o al mar. Lo recomiendo ampliamente, sin duda regresaría.

Nice place, quiet, under apartments is really nice restaurante for breakfast. 50m away is napoletan pizza.. you have try is, when you are there. We have little problem with clima, but behind 40 min was problem solved and clima is function yet. Thank you for nice couple days!

Eine Unterkunft in im ruhigen Teil der Insel und wenn ich das sagen darf auch im schöneren. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und freundlich. Eine Top Unterkunft zum vernünftigen Preis und man hat alles was man braucht. Ein Fahrrad erleichtert einem den Weg ist aber nicht von Nöten. Alles kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Innerhalb von 20 Min ist man im Zentrum. Kleinere Supermärkte sind in der nahen Umgebung. Immer wieder gerne
