Albert was an accommodating host. His place had everything we needed. It was an easy, comfortable stay for a very reasonable price!

Our family getaway of 3 generations enjoyed the beautiful outdoors- between the magnificient pool, peaceful lake and the expansive yard where we were able to have fun playing the bocce set and cornhole game we brought. The outdoor seating kitchen area was perfect for gathering and so inviting for conversation and just relaxing. Ashley was easy to reach and responded to any questions.

We LOVED: 1) The location! The driveway is long & sand/gravel but you could drive it in a sedan fine. 2) The amenities! The pack n play was a HUGE lifesaver! 3) This location is mostly child friendly. 4) The view is phenomenal! When we woke up & opened the curtains for the first time, we were in awe! 5) The host was extremely helpful. The hot water went out once, but she was over in 5 minutes to fix it. Some feedback: 1) The windows in the ceiling in the master bed! They're HUGE and BRIGHT. 2) The bugs. Ants. Spiders. It was a struggle. NOW I WILL SAY - I brought this up to the host on day 3 and they were more than willing to come help how they could. The house is located in the middle of the forest, but it was a lot. If it weren't for an m&m left under the nightstand in the bedroom by a previous guest, it probably wouldn't have been so bad. 3) the coffee maker was pretty rough when we got there.. a simple over site by the crew. Overall, I would definitely consider this location again

Scott was very easy to communicate with, and he was very nice. They were so thoughtful and even left us a dozen eggs from their backyard chickens! The place was spacious and peaceful. Check in and checkout process was very easy!

We had a very nice stay for a family wedding. Sharing the house with two combined families in January and the house was great for this. There are rooms with 3-4 beds in each so if you are looking for bedroom privacy then this house probably isn’t it. That said, we are all family so was fun to bunk up! The area is beautiful and there r a great set of trails right at the end of the road for hiking, walking cross country skiiing etc. Overall, a great stay and Kimberly was very communicative with everything

No words to describe how beautiful Victor’s house is! It feels like you are staying in someone’s home and not just Airbnb! It has everything you may need, very specious and comfortable. I use Airbnbs a lot and this was the best one to date! Victor was very accommodating and easy to communicate with! Highly recommended! I will be booking again for sure.

Eric’s place was ideal for a fall getaway. We hiked nearby, visited local farm stands, and ended each day in this lovely carriage house, with an ample kitchen for cooking, cozy spots for reading, and comfortable beds to sleep in. Eric was a terrific host who went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy and comfortable.

Diane’s lake house was awesome. Peaceful and cute, right on the lake. The screened in porch is great at night and anything you need is within a 5-10 minute drive. Highly recommend this place.

Yaw's place was great. Amazing views and property is maintained very well. Yaw is very responsive and helpful!

Memorial Day weekend was cloudy, cool and windy, so my husband, elderly mother and I were especially pleased to have a nicely appointed and welcoming home base for hanging out. From a large screen TV down to the smallest of decorative details, Nicole has thought of everything to make for a relaxing stay. Having rented other places, I particularly appreciated spotless cookware, new bath towels, comfortable beds, and to top it all off an espresso machine! My tea drinking husband kept the electric tea kettle warm all morning. All this and a very nice, peaceful water view with great bird watching. We look forward to returning.

Great quiet spot in a residential neighborhood. Was nice there was creamer for the coffee maker supplied. Very clean bedding and facilities.

The house is very cute. It's obvious when a person cares about what they do, and a lot of care has been put into the property. The host has literally thought of everything a person might need while there. From ample bottled water to amenities that I hadn't even thought of until I saw them here, but that make perfect sense. The host is absolutely delightful, considerate, clear, and kind. When I return to the area, it's likely I'll book the same property based on how great the host is.

Cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed at! Not 1 fingerprint on the walls or 1 speck of dust! Fully supplied with everything you could need and more! Softest sheets, plenty of pillows, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Superrr cute backyard! Very well maintained!

This was our second stay and we’re already planning our return. Great layout for gathering and also having separate quiet spaces. Excellent birdwatching from the deck!

We took our family of 7 to Berlin to spend time with their brother and family. The house was a wonderful base to work from. We also hosted an afternoon BBq and the backyard was spectacular for all the kids to play soccer and baseball. Michael was a wonderful host and bent over backwards to help out. We will definitely come back!!

We really enjoyed this home for a family gathering. Since it was winter, we did not get to enjoy the nice outdoor spaces but we did really enjoy the lake views. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were well appointed with everything we needed. Lucas was extremely responsive when we had questions. The home had one bedroom and bathroom on the main floor which worked well for a family member with mobility challenges. The 3 bedrooms and bathroom on the second floor were very roomy and one bedroom had fantastic views of the lake! The home was definitely out on the country which made it peaceful but it was a little farther to drive for groceries and take-out.

Dan was so accommodating and very responsive! It was a beautiful cabin and we had the best time:) I would definitely go back again.

We had a great stay in this beautiful retreat in the woods in beautiful Holliston. We were 4 adults and 1 teenager and there was plenty of space. The home was furnished with comfortable furniture, there was a lovely patio and lawn area with a very functional gas grill. All shops are nearby and we had a blast at a nearby pub filled with sports memorabilia (we were going to a Red Sox game). The home was spotless with anything you could possibly need-including a small cooler for a pic ice. Communicating was almost instantaneous with the hosts. We highly recommend this home for a stay.

We stayed at the Bungalow for two weeks. It is super cute and cozy and obviously a lot of care has been taken to set it up for use. We had everything we needed for a long stay. Lots of dishes and pots and pans, even a toaster and an electric kettle. The brand-new stove was far nicer than most rentals. Even the fridge was above average. Overall, everything was clean and bright and pleasant. And great communication with the host from the time of booking to after checking out.

 We happened to stay during a short heatwave and the wooded location meant the cabin did not heat up very quickly, but when it did, the modern central A/C was very effective. Also, the windows are brand new and it was super quiet the whole time we were there. Even though there are other houses and possibly a rooster nearby, the cabin itself was completely quiet. I could barely even hear the A/C when it came on.

This place exceeded expectations for a cabin in the woods.

We had a group of four girlfriends coming to town for an anniversary party and the four of us stayed at Anne and Giovanni's place. It was easy to find, right off the main road, and check in was very easy. There are three real bedrooms with a queen each, the fourth bedroom is an attic/playroom with a bunk bed, so our fourth person elected to sleep on the fold out couch downstairs, which was very comfortable. There are two full bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, which was plenty for our four adults. We had a full day of rain which turned out great b/c we sat in the screened in porch all day and caught up and watched the rain on the lake. We had everything we needed and the house was a lovely place to spend a long weekend together! Check out was very easy and our hosts were communicative throughout. We would stay there again!

We had a great stay at the lake house! It is in a great location--only 3-4 minutes from good restaurants. It's definitely set up well for families and my kids loved playing outside on the volleyball court. It has beautiful views from many rooms in the house because it is on a promontory on the lake. I highly recommend this place!

I worked hard to feel like I was a good guest. Sarah told me I went above and beyond by the many cleaning tasks I undertook, triggered by my boyfriend getting cut by glass on his foot trying to fold towels. That does not take away from Sarah or the property as a whole, because I believe these were overlooked tasks by the cleaning crew and therefore maintenance staff were unaware of it. It was almost immaculate until I started realizing that it was not as as tip top as the standards of cleanliness at “Top down housekeeping”, who’s owner and staff are thorough, honest & flexible with pricing.

We had a fantastic long weekend on Lake Mattawa. Came to celebrate our son’s graduation from UMass. It was an easy 30 minute drive to campus for graduation. The cottage was a perfect place to hang out as a family…we paddled, fished, played games and cooked. Enjoyed eating on the deck and loved having our morning coffee on the sun porch. Really liked the Quabbin Harvest Coop (awesome local produce and supplies) and had an amazing sandwich at the Corner Cafe. Hope to return!
