Air conditioned 1000 square foot, light filled studio with full kitchen and private bath in secluded rural setting 5 minutes from I 93 and in between Newfound and Squam Lakes. Ample private parking, private entrance, outdoor lawn with perennial gardens with dining table, chairs and grill. A stream runs through the property with trails alongside of it. Dogs love this place!
