Great listing and will continue to return here when visiting St. Pete/Tampa area. Ramon has been great, and I love the large shower & Murphy style bed.

My Husband and I booked with Caroline last minute (Same day) and she was kind. The apartment was perfect. Kitchen had everything we need and Roku for TV. Very close to shopping and beach! We ran out of propane and they immediately replaced it. Very kind hearted. Thank again Caroline. We will definitely be back!

Tim was an outstanding host, very responsive to all of our requests. Tim had the place spotless for us when we arrived and had minimal, but simple check out instructions. For what the place is I found the price very fair. I would definitely stay at this place again.

My husband and I went for a 2 day concert and this place was perfect for what we needed. quiet, we were able to sleep well. very clean. I would absolutely book again.

I have stayed here multiple times during my Tampa office visit. Simply, this spot is just perfect. Clean, nicely designed with attention to smal details like a snacks and refreshing beverage... I will definitely be back.

This is our second time staying at this airbnb and we loved it just as much, if not more, than last time. Last year the pool was not heated so we were so happy that it was this year! We swam every day and had a blast. The house is cozy, spacious, and clean. I love the big soaker bathtub and the shower is amazing. The beds are all very comfy. The outdoor space is the best part about this place, amazing view and I loved seeing the sunset on the water. I will say, we didn’t see any wildlife in the water this year, but saw dolphins in April last year. From other reviews, it looks like March-May is the best time to see dolphins/manatee etc, so keep that in mind if that’s something you want to see! We did see lots of anoles and cuban tree falls which was cool as I am from Ohio. We truly have no complains, Smita is an amazing host. She let us check in early and allowed us to bring our senior dog. Highly would reccomend this place.

I had a great stay at Sourabh's place! The house was clean, modern, and well-maintained. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Sourabh is a fantastic host—very responsive and a great communicator, which made everything even easier. I’ll definitely rent again when I’m in the area. Highly recommend!

This house was perfect. It is extremely clean, the pool area is safe and comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with appliances and dishes, and there are plenty of towels and linens. Kristina was always responsive to any questions I had which made for a really easy trip! The location is safe and the very central, but the house is private. We hope to stay here again in the future!

This Airbnb is perfect. We stayed while our home was being re habed from flood. Very cozy and comfortable. She has everything there that you would need. very clean! would give 10 stars if possible. We have recommended both properties to friends that visit from out of state!

We decided to stay at this property for a weekend getaway for the 13th angelversary of our sister/daughter passing away from a rare disease. We could not have asked for a more serene, healing, and peaceful experience. Kacper was very friendly and accommodating. The house was gorgeous and clean. The pool was THE BEST. Loved the salt water. The kitchen is so well stocked as far as pots, pans, seasonings, oil, coffee, plates, bowls, utensils, cutting boards, and Tupperware containers. This was exactly what our family and hearts needed this weekend. Kacper, thank you so much again. You made a very hard anniversary for us a little bit easier. We had such a wonderful time. Will definitely be back! Maybe this will be our go to spot to celebrate our angel, Bela.

Chris was a great host. He answered all of our questions and gave us great advice and recommendations. The property was amazing. His décor was outstanding! The details were perfect. The property was easy to access and easy to enter. The Bay and pool were right outside our window. The bar at the pool had lots of options. There was even entertainment on Friday night at the pool. We felt completely safe and the parking was also easy and covered (under the condo). We loved our stay at this property. Highly recommend property and host!

This was a great weekend getaway for me and my family. The place was great and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Plus we got to bring our fur baby so no one was left out.

Great place to stay. Easy access to the beach and some local restaurants. The Coconut Charlie Tiki bar was 200 feet away. Great food. Good drinks. I would definitely stay there again. You The only negative a TV upgrade is needed for something much bigger.

Love, love, love this place! Becky and Tyler were super sweet and very responsive! Check-in was smooth, the place was beautiful and comfortable! This is definitely one of our most favorite vacations that we have been on!

Kimberly's place was so neat, clean and decorated so cute! The decor was appropriate for the ocean view. The view was amazing and we got to see dolphins from the deck. It was so neat! Very relaxing atmosphere and homey. We enjoyed our short 4 night stay and if we have an opportunity to come back, we would love to.
