Unser altes, ehemaliges Bauernhaus liegt in Burgschleinitz, einem hübschen Dorf mit mittelalterlicher Wasserburg und romanischer Kirche zwischen Wald- und Weinviertel nahe Eggenburg. Gemütliche, südseitige und ruhige Wohnküche. Schlafbereich mit Vorhang teilbar. Fahrräder, Kanus, Kajaks, Sandspielplatz, Tischtennistisch und schöne Bademöglichkeit im Ort stehen euch frei zur Verfügung. Sowohl aus dem charmanten Salettl, als auch von einer der Steinterrassen und dem „Rattannest“ mit Schirmdach bietet sich ein eindrucksvoller Blick über sich das darunter ausbreitende Retzerland im Weinviertel. Das historische Haus (erbaut 1870), ist nun ein einladender, charmanter Lebensraum zum Wohlfühlen.

There is also the possibility for the rooms with modern hybrid infrared heaters to be tempered to the feel-good temperature.

Our 10-person apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of 4 bedrooms (each with a double bed and 2 pull-out sofa beds), a kitchen-living room, as well as a bathroom with toilet plus an extra toilet. Thus, this apartment is ideal for larger groups or families. For the cooler nights, it is possible to set the rooms comfortably to the desired temperature with modern hybrid infrared heaters.

The apartment is on the second floor of our apartment building in the Weinviertel and can be used in whole or in part. Here you will find a separate bedroom and a very spacious kitchen-living room with another bedroom and balcony. 1 guest parking space is available. Our house is 3 km from the nearest train station. Vienna is 50 km away. Guests from all countries are welcome!
