Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

Our cottage is located near the historic town of Willemstad and about 20 minutes drive from the always cozy Breda. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, air fryer, coffee maker, kettle (no stove). Our cottage is not suitable for the disabled and babies/children.

The structure, the functionalities and the location of the apartment was very convenient for our vacation and made everything easier and more comfortable. We stayed at Caroline's place for a weekend away with friends. The house is absolutely beautiful: fantastic kitchen, large living room, great beds and showers. The heated pool was lovely on Sunday morning, after an evening out in Breda (just 15 min away by car).

We felt completely comfortable in the accommodation. It is lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need. We were particularly pleased with the record player! The garden invites you to relax, and the two bicycles that were available to us were perfect for exploring the surroundings. A supermarket is nearby, restaurants can be easily reached by bike or car. We will be happy to come back!
