This was a girls getaway for my wife and friends. They were so impressed and lived the home so much they ended up staying there more and shopping less! They are already making plans for a return trip.

Lynn’s place is fantastic for large groups. We had a group of nine and everybody had their own room and bathroom. The view is amazing and the amenities in the house are super fun. Especially for a big group of golfers. Thanks for a great stay!

The air bnb was wonderful for our family! The game room and hot tub were as advertised and also the pool! The house was so clean and ready to move in! We had many people there but there was room for everyone. Very nice place and great surroundings!

The house was amazing! It's super clean and organized. Before my stay, Whitney sent the instructions, all I need to know about the place and the recommendations for entertainment and food. It was really helpful! We had a family get-together and stayed very comfortably at the place. Overall, 5 star experience and 5 start host! Would stay here again if I come back.

I like to stay in places that are away from busy, downtown areas. This place was in a fantastic location. It is in a quiet, serene location with a beautiful view, but close enough to downtown and activities. The house is so sweet, everything one needs is available, and it is so bright and welcoming. I think I hung out at the house more than I did at reunion activities. I also appreciate greatly that pets are allowed in such a fine residence.

The cabin is absolutely beautiful and located in a quiet area near the lake. Plenty of food options in short driving and sometimes walking distance. Very close to area attractions, we never felt too far from anywhere. We immediately felt at home and will be booking again as a regular stay in the future.

The place was immaculate! It had everything we could have needed. The location was awesome. It was easy to get signed into our tv subscriptions. The area was quiet. I am always hesitant where we stay bc of pests or cleanliness, but this exceeded our expectations!

The house was incredible! 5 king beds, bunk room, and other bedrooms. Plenty of space! We never left the house (rained almost all weekend) kids didn’t even care to go to Branson since we had all the things at the house! They had everything you could possibly need in a kitchen. Even provided some coffee! Highly recommend the house. Community is cool. Was very busy. But can’t expect less on Memorial Day. Definitely worth it!

It’s a convenient place to stay close to old downtown and The Landing, plus you can avoid the traffic on the strip. There are a lot of amenities at the property and it was nice to have bathrooms connected to each bedroom and to have ample TVs for everyone. We really enjoyed sitting out on the very private deck. I appreciated that they left us ample trash bags, toilet paper, etc. The only negative - which is no reflection on the owner - is the walls are thin. The people above us sounded like a herd of elephants and were up until the early morning hours. Otherwise, the guests on the property were not noisy late at night and everyone was friendly. I would definitely stay here again. We were very comfortable.

A cozy 2 room condo:bedroom/sitting room/small kitchen & a bathroom with a tub/shower with vanity for the hair dryer available for use. Located on a picturesque gold course. Not too far, about 20 minutes, from Branson highlights.

Happy Mallard is a great lodge for a family vacation. Pros: - Very spacious with many areas for small groups to cluster and enjoy some private time. - right next to Silver Dollar City. - Minutes from Indian Point Marina (we put out boat into a slip and the trailer at the Outpost store right at the corner). - Many fun things to do in the lodge itself in case there is rain. - Outside of central Branson so no need to fight traffic unless you're going to a show or something. Cons: - Very steep and tight access roads. If you're towing anything, beware. - Parking is abundant, but there are MANY lodges the size of Happy Mallard in this tight area. As the parking fills, I can see that it would be tight to maneuver throughout the parking area. - Floors are not insulated so sound travels through them. We had to be very aware of who was sleeping where and their sleep schedules. - Internet was temperamental - No outside lawn space for dogs or family activities All in all, great place

Loved your place! We had a wonderful and relaxing time. Everything was so well thought out by the amazing hosts. Thanks for the goodies. It is a beautiful get-away! We will certainly be back.

This was a perfect location for our family vacation! The views were beautiful. We enjoyed the marina and having a fishing spot within walking distance (which made my son extra happy). It wasn't far from the excitement of downtown Branson but far enough away to feel like we were in a peaceful and relaxing area. We cooked a few meals in the kitchen and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend Sarah's condo!

Beautiful place perfect for 4 people, pools were nice and accessible as well has the hot tubs. The laundry and gym is in the main area so its a bit far but they were useful. We enjoyed staying here and would book it again!

We had a great vacation and loved our stay at Dana’s place! She had everything you could possibly need (my favorite tea, high chair, beach towels, floats, pickleball set, clothes stain remover, etc). The location had great amenities! The on property restaurant was delicious with very friendly staff! We loved that the indoor pool also had openable glass panels so it was a warm pool essentially outside when the weather was nice. They have a beautiful hiking trail along Lake Taneycomo. They have 2 sandbox playgrounds. Overall we loved our stay and highly recommend it!

Branson is always a favorite getaway destination for my husband and I, and Ashley’s condo situated us in the heart of our favorite activities. She has the unit stocked with all the essentials as well as “extras” that make it particularly inviting. She is, indeed, a Super Host.

When we first arrived, the key box was stuck and we could not get our card. The host however was very responsive in telling us how to enter the box. The condo was very clean and everything that was described in the ad. There were no spots to park at times at the building however, there were additional spots within a very short distance. All in all, it is a good place to stay, and she answers any and all questions that you have. I would recommend.

Very picturesque and accessible location. Pleasantly surprised with the amount of small comforts including roasting sticks by the fire-pit for s’more’s and a few baking/pantry items that came in handy. Charlotte was very quick to respond and we had a lovely girls get a way! Thank you for a beautiful and comfortable stay ❤️

Exactly what we were looking for . Every detail was thought out . Not excessive but just what we needed. Such a beautiful , peaceful setting . Very responsive and thoughtful host. Definitely would book again.

Peaceful, cozy, and everything one might need for a great stay. Host is very responsive (even at 11pm when you can't find the entrance). The place is clean and well stocked. Variety of coffee pods offered to guests. Sauna is clean, easy to use, and incredibly enjoyable. Areas of improvement: - It is hard to find the entrance. There are a few doors and it's easy to get turned around. Marking the path on the side of the house would be helpful. - All of the patio furniture was covered in debris, front and back. Quick leaf blower before guests arrive would go a long way and make the furniture usable without having to search for a rug/brush/paper to clean it. Overall, absolutely recommended and will be returning in the future. Thank you.

Ashley's home was just the right fit for our family while we were visiting Branson! It was clean, modern, bright, and a very convenient location in the Branson area. If we return to Branson, we would definitely like to stay here again!

This condo looked beautiful in the listing and was even prettier in person! My husband and I really enjoyed the comfortable amenities and space for our long weekend in Branson. We did not cook during our stay, but the kitchen was so amazing wish we had! The bed was very comfortable. The sunroom with lake view was very relaxing. An awesome bonus was the high-quality dog kennel and dog bed already furnished! We have traveled many places with our dog but we have never experienced such a well-furnished listing not only for us humans, but also for our pup! We all felt right at home and would definitely stay here again!
