Great view of Hollywood Beach from the PentHouse! The place looked bigger in person than in the pictures so that was a big plus. Just make sure to plan for long elevator waits on the weekends!

The unit is exactly how pictured. A short drive to Hollywood Beach. I wish we had time to explore the neighborhood but we were always on the go, driving around between Miami and Sunset FL. Area a very closed to the FLL airport. Jay is a very responsive and helpful host.

We are delighted with the place, its surroundings, the restaurants, recreational areas, the pool, and its very attentive employees. The valet parking is very efficient. Overall, it's an excellent place to spend time and enjoy, and also if you want to relax and unwind, I recommend it.

Great stay the host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. Check in process was easy and the home looks exactly as pictured. Very clean , spacious and great amenities. I would def recommend staying here and I will be staying again in the future!

Hello . Mathew was a Really Great Host !! The place is Better than the pictures !! I got the Rest I Needed and Mathew made Sure I had Everything . It was Very Nicely Decorated and Clean … Did Not see one bug the week I was there .. He Answered All questions Very Fast . I Will Definitely Be Staying here again .. I Live here in Lauderdale and use Airbnb a Lot for a Kinda Staycation to get AWAY from home :-)) !!!! This place was one of the Nicest places yet !! I really did not want to leave , I could Live there and be Very Happy . You won’t be sorry renting from Mathew .. Wish I could give him More than 5 Stars .. Our recent stay was nothing short of delightful. The property itself is immaculate and beautifully maintained, making it a pleasure to stay in. The location is truly tranquil, and having what feels like a private beach just a short walk away was the cherry on top. As those who prioritize cleanliness, we appreciated how well-kept and spotless the property was. It’s clear that the hosts take great care to ensure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. That said, I did notice the presence of security cameras around the exterior of the property including the back patio. While I understand the need for security, it did take away from our sense of privacy, which is something we value during our vacations with our family. It may not be a concern for everyone, but I felt it was worth mentioning. Overall, despite this minor aspect, the property is amazing, and we would recommend it to others looking for a beautiful getaway in a serene location.

I had a great experience in the house. I love the house. I felt like home. It was very cozy and it has everything i need for our perfect stay. Location is unbeatable, close to everything. Ac works great which is a big thing in Florida during Summer. The host was always available when I reached him. 100% recommended

Cristina’s place was lovely! We really enjoyed our time in the pool and hot tub and really got a lot of time to relax! She was responsive and more than helpful! We traveled with a toddler and she had a pack n play and a highchair for us along with recommendations for child friendly activities!

Basia was wonderful! She was very responsive to all of my messages and very friendly to message with. The home was beautiful and squeaky clean. My family thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space. There was also plenty of room inside for all four of us to have some quiet time to ourselves. Our trip was very relaxing - just what we needed! There truly aren't enough perfect words to describe this magical house. I've stayed at many airbnbs but Luis and Leo's home takes the cake. The pool space, the car wash shower, the beds so comfy, the kitchen is perfection, everything we needed was provided and included! Our hosts were helpful, and just a delight to know. This was my second time staying in this apartment. and definitely not my last! it is an absolutely fantastic place - very clean, perfectly located, and offering a priceless view from the balcony. the host, Adlene, is super helpful and highly responsive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience both times I stayed here. Everything about this apartment makes it feel like a home away from home. I would like to return, and without a doubt, this is the only apartment I'll be staying in wheneve I visit.

Great place to stay for any vacation . This place has a great view of the beach and also walking distance. Fast working elevators were a bonus. Host was great at communicating and giving clear instructions. Will stay again in the future!

A family of 6 using the space for 2 days before embarking on a cruise out of Miami. The condo was in excellent condition. It is on the 41st floor with an amazing view. Used the kitchen to make a few meals, well stocked with hardware. Workout facilities were fantastic with weights/bike/treadmill. Walmart walking distance for groceries or drinks. The beach is fantastic and right there. We went to the beautiful downtown Hollywood nearby (driving distance) with an amazing selection of restaurants. Just be aware of the parking and resort fees, and you will not be surprised by them. I think they were worth the experience. The front desk was nice and watched our things for a few hours. Would stay again.

I had a fantastic stay at this wonderful home just steps from the beach. The location couldn’t be better—waking up and walking to the ocean in minutes was a dream. The home itself was cozy, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway.

My family and I really enjoyed staying here, the views from the room are incredible. The pool and all the amenities were great, and my kids really enjoyed themselves. I would recommend staying here and we will be back.

Exceptionally clean, welcoming, 1 BR unit, with a well-stocked kitchen (Keurig coffee machine + pods, drip coffee machine + coffee), and very clean, ample, bathroom. Gym was nice and the pool area was lovely. Right on the beach! Carla was highly responsive.
