Lovely 1 bedroom self contained 'posh shed' set in the beautiful Holme valley only 10 minutes walk (uphill) from Holmfirth. Ideal for walkers, bikers and explorers to rest and revive in their own space. Facilities to sleep, shower, make a brew and basic breakfast. Can sleep two singles with the help of a sofa bed and happy to accommodate well behaved dogs and provide secure lockup for bikes/gear. The ideal stopover for anyone who needs a time out, and a base to explore from.

Ryecroft House is a former farmhouse that dates back to the Seventeenth Century. It is situated in Ryecroft, a hamlet of half a dozen or so houses, a little less than a mile above the centre of Holmfirth. There is plenty of off-road parking and a substantial garden for guests’ use. Guests’ accommodation is the top floor of the house. Access is through the main house, so we share a staircase and hallway, but the flat itself is fully independent with a lockable entrance.
