Beachfront holiday rental in Holmes Beach

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful beach rental in Indian Shores! The location was perfect—just steps from the sand with stunning sunsets every evening. The space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. From beach chairs and towels to a fully stocked kitchen, every little detail was thought of. Kamiron was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked in just enough to make us feel cared for. The area itself was peaceful and family-friendly, and close to some great local restaurants. We left feeling refreshed and already dreaming of coming back. Highly recommend this property for your stay. 😊

Jeffery’s rental was perfect. He has such an eye for detail and it’s beautifully decorated. Our view of the ocean from the sitting area outside the rental was spectacular! The space contained everything you would possibly need and was extremely comfortable. This is our second stay at Shell Cove 1 and we highly recommend it to others.

Lisa was a great host, and paradise by the beach is an awesome place to stay. My family of 4 (2 adults and our older teens) just loved being able to have a lot of space (compared to the hotel rooms on st Pete beach) and a full kitchen and a close walk to the beach. The kids loved riding the bikes to get an ice cream at night, and it was so easy and convenient to pack up the chairs and umbrella and walk over to the beach. The walk is actually shorter than the resorts we have stayed at on spb. It was kind of like settling into our home by the beach—very comfy and convenient with everything we needed. Lots of tvs, lots of space, easy to get around. I also liked having a fully equipped kitchen—only made dinner one night, but everything we needed was there! We’d definitely again and prefer it to the other resorts we have stayed at. It’s less expensive, more convenient, and a lot more space. Thank you so much, Lisa! First time visit to AMI & it was beyond amazing. The house was so clean & just as described. Outdoor space had fantastic ambiance & plenty of space for a family of 7. Had some other family vacationing there as well, and they spent the whole time at our house because they said it was 1000 times better than where they were staying. Owners were so friendly, quick to respond & just overall welcoming & accommodating. Highly recommend staying here!!

Amazing place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation!!! The cottage is adorable with a gorgeous view and you can’t beat walking right out the back door to the beach! We love staying here!

This place was so nice and clean and very cute! Jessica is very helpful if you have any questions and gets back to you right away! Very close to some restaurants and bars and the beach is only a couple of blocks away. We really loved it and Chris the maintenance man is very friendly and helpful. We ran into the cleaning lady a few times while she was cleaning the other place and she sure is very friendly with a smile! We will be coming back for sure! Holmes beach is very peaceful and full of friendly people! We stayed for a month but will stay longer next time!

Unit is very close to the beach. Lots of beach gear including paddleboard, chairs, umbrella/canopy, beach towels, and cooler. Washer and dryer right in unit make laundry easy. Trolley stop is right across the street. Front bedroom can be a little noisy with the traffic. Overall, had a great stay!

We had an amazing week at Michael and Denzel’s home! It was actually better than the pictures with enough space for everyone to feel right at home. The layout was perfect for two families. The home is spotless and extremely well stocked. The island is beautiful and we enjoyed the pool everyday! Highly recommend this home. It will exceed your expectations in every way!

It was amazing and we absolutely love the place. The walk to the beach is even closer than what the pictures showed, the house was so cute and clean, and the backyard felt very private from the neighbors. If I had one complaint it would be that the master bathroom shower is a bit difficult to figure out, but other than that everything was extremely great.

Absolutely loved our stay at Nick & Jay’s. The place was clean, calm, and peaceful — a perfect spot to unwind. Just a 1-2 minute walk to the beach made it super convenient for morning swims and sunset strolls. The hosts were friendly and communicative, making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

This was our 2nd time booking with Jennifer. She is such a great host. AMI is as magical as ever. We enjoyed walking to the beach every morning and coming back to the pool in the afternoon. So many wonderful restaurants and shops all accessible by trolley—just a short walk from the condo. We love this island so much and Jennifer’s condo is the perfect location to take it all in.

Great place to stay for quick access to the beach and a pool. Me and my wife stayed for a week and loved it for our get away. Nice island. Was pretty packed but it was spring break so that might’ve been why.

We really enjoyed our stay at the castnetter. It was very clean with all the comforts of home and great location right across the street from the beach. Alan was great and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend his condo for rent.

I've stayed at a number of AirBNBs and Heidi truly outshines all the previous hosts. She was incredibly responsive and super helpful throughout our entire stay. We had a mishap during our stay that was completely out of her control, but she did an absolutely phenomenal job of addressing the situation in a timely manner and doing her best to make it right. Would highly recommend to any future guests! The property itself is also beautiful and right on a largely empty beach since it's away from most public access points. Excellent beach getaway experience :).

Amy's beautiful oasis on Anna Maria Island was the perfect spot for a relaxed, beach vacation! We had a mellow bachelorette party spent on the beach at Bean Point during the day and spent our evenings eating home-cooked dinners on the beautiful porch at Amy's before a nighttime pool dip to cool off. Can't recommend this spot enough!

3 couples Spent 9 days of pure relaxation in this charming beach home with the best homey beach vibes and decor. The home is bright and Sunny with a private backyard that looks straight through the garage port to the beautiful ocean waters right from the pool when the garage door is open. The whole front of the house has a beautiful view. Great for sitting out on the deck and people watching . We could even see dolphins out there swimming from the house. All kinds of thoughtful personal touches and amenities were taken into consideration when thinking of guests and their vacation needs. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent this house again in the future. We felt right at home.

Great place, good value for your money

Laura, was amazing to work with and responded to all our messages immediately. Her manager met us at the door as they were leaving and he carried up all of our luggage which was so nice! I highly recommend Laura’s place as the beach is directly across the street and the trolley place is located there too and they will take you all over the island.

What a wonderful stay we had here in Anna Maria! The condo was well located on the island and just a short golf cart away from shops and restaurants. We could hear, see, and feel the ocean and sea breeze from the Condo porch. The pool is large and warm. The beach is beautiful and you can walk as long as you want to along the ocean. The unit was clean, well stocked etc. Really my only wish was that the check in process was just through digital combo. We had to stop by a rental office to get an envelope and it seemed a little unnecessary. Not a huge deal, but it kept our concierge from being able to stock our unit ahead of us in the end. If we had just been sent the instructions and combo code ( which was written on the envelope and easily could have been messaged digitally) it would have shamed us some hassle. That didn't spoil our trip though! We loved it. We definitely would rent this unit again. Thank you so much!

I cannot adequately put into words how perfect this air bnb was for our family. We traveled with 4 kids under 7, a teenager, 4 parents, and a grandpa. We went for a week in early June and stayed from a Saturday to Thursday. This house had everything a family might need. High chair, pack n play, baby gate, etc. I wasn’t too worried about the pool in the backyard, but the door handles were up high out of reach from the littles. And a little vacuum for all of our little messes. We walked in to a spotless paradise. You look out the big kitchen windows to see the beach! My kids were up swimming at 8 am any given morning and were happy until we made it to the beach which was just a short walk for a little family. Literally right across the road. Bridge street was a short walk as well. We enjoyed the Daquiri deck within walking distance. The grown ups enjoyed the pool after littles were in bed. The pool lights, porch lights and tv made it a vibe for all. We will be back!!!!
