Apartment located at the first floor of a traditional first half 20th century building. The whole building has been renovated in 2018, the kitchen is fully equipped for long stay, Bedrooms featuring King and Queen size beds. The area is very quiet and in proximity to restaurants, museums (Asia Society museum located 6 blocks away), the Hermann Park and Texas Medical Center. Parking off street for 1 car (if concerned, contact the host) and breakfast on the run (no perishable food) is provided.

PH2 - Montrose Pool House with Pool & Soothing Spa

This Space is one of the two pool house suites that sits behind the main house (which can also be an additional Airbnb space or my residence), this is the upper unit. All three spaces share the luxurious back yard, spa and pool. Guest are limited to keep up with covid restrictions and to help ensure the chill vibe the space creates. No parties/events are hosted here and the only way to have the pool & spa privately, is to rent the entire compound. This is help ensure everyone can enjoy
