Pickelball are courts nearby as well as grocery stores, local coffee shops, and local restaurants - all within 5 min. driving distance of the property.

Centrally located to many Florida destinations- Legoland is only 7 miles away, Disney World is 35 miles away, and you are less than 50 miles from Tampa. The house is located on over an acre of lakefront property. The lake has a public boat launch if your family enjoys water sports or fishing or use the kayaks we provide on site!

Relax in style in this 100 year old custom built home.Tall ceilings,large rooms and wood floors throughout.With an extra large swimming pool overlooking Little Lake Otis this outdoor area is second to none.Less than 2 miles from Legoland,Chain of Lakes Fieldhouse,and Downtown Winter Haven. It is possible that days may be available and not listed on the calendar. This is to give ample time for cleaning. Feel free to ask for additional availability and shorter stays.

Welcome to our lake house retreat in Lakeland, Florida. You can enjoy a peaceful getaway with beautiful sunset views and tranquil waters during the evenings, and still visit major cities such as Orlando and Tampa during the day which are less than an hour away. Minutes from Southeastern University, Florida Southern, Lake Hollingsworth, and other attractions in the Lakeland area.

The Strawberry Field Stilt House

555 square foot house overlooking 30 acres of strawberry fields and trees. Extra guest fee is $20 per person per night after 2. Dogs are allowed with pre-approval. NO cats allowed. There is a $100 pet cleaning fee. Yes you will have the house to yourself. I stay in another house on the same property so I’ll generally be around if you have any questions or issues.
