This property is about 1 hour from Tampa & Orlando, away from traffic and noise. This 1 bedroom apartment offers a comfortable bed with simple amenities. We are not far from many attractions such as Disney, Universal Studios, LegoLand, Busch Gardens, Seaworld, and more. The property has its own private entrance to come and go as you wish. Pickelball are courts nearby as well as grocery stores, local coffee shops, and local restaurants - all within 5 min. driving distance of the property.

It is possible that days may be available and not listed on the calendar. This is to give ample time for cleaning. Feel free to ask for additional availability and shorter stays.

Take a short walk in the neighborhood and you’ll find a pasture with animals. Downtown Bartow has many charming shops, antiques, a brewery, & restaurants and there are many more attractions nearby! You can enjoy a peaceful getaway with beautiful sunset views and tranquil waters during the evenings, and still visit major cities such as Orlando and Tampa during the day which are less than an hour away. Minutes from Southeastern University, Florida Southern, Lake Hollingsworth, and other attractions in the Lakeland area.

The Strawberry Field Stilt House

555 square foot house overlooking 30 acres of strawberry fields and trees. Extra guest fee is $20 per person per night after 2. Dogs are allowed with pre-approval. NO cats allowed. There is a $100 pet cleaning fee. Yes you will have the house to yourself. I stay in another house on the same property so I’ll generally be around if you have any questions or issues.
