房东是帅气小伙，会提醒我们入住可能性遇到的问题。离海边30步路可以说就是海边别墅…我们因为同行全是女生，一直麻烦房东，但是他超有耐心：投影，煤气，热水气....建议至少入住2晚，一天珍珠岛，一天直接在海边和家里，实在是太棒了
