Holiday rentals with beach access in Honduras

The apartment had everything we needed—plus more. It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The apartment is in a quiet, safe, and peaceful part of West End—just a 7–8 minute walk from the main strip, where you’ll find the beach, restaurants, water taxis, and everything else the area has to offer. Miroslav was an exceptional host! He went above and beyond to make our stay smooth, even providing additional taxi services throughout our visit—such as airport transportation and taking us to the ferry at 5:30am. His love for the island was felt in our interactions, and he genuinely cared about our experience. Thank you so much for everything, Miroslav! We’re so grateful to have met you!

Very friendly and helpful. He showed us the areas he had in the accommodation. And the room is super clean and warm.

Mark was very responsive to all inquiries and very helpful with suggestions. The house is in an excellent location if you want to be away from all the hustle of the West end, but at the same time only 5 minutes drive away. There's a couple nice restaurants a short walk down the beach and also dive and snorkel places as well. All the bedrooms had a/c so we slept comfortably and it was very quiet and peaceful. There was plenty of complimentary drinks on arrival which we thoroughly enjoyed. The house was full of amenities so we needed nothing to have a wonderful stay.

This was a great place to stay and very quiet! It is off the main road and tucked into the neighborhood of west end. We were thankful for this during Easter when there was an influx of crowds and loud music. Occasional dogs barking. The host picked us up and dropped us off from the airport and very responsive when we needed anything. We didn't end up using the kitchen but it was well stocked and thankful for the refrigerator and water provided. Hot shower as well!

Second stay at Anke’s with no issues. My children were delighted again by the different options to entertain themselves even without supervision. Locals are friendly and helpful to provide you information about the local settings. Anke and her son Andrés are always available to assist. Nice, quiet and beautiful. Looking forward to come back again next year. Highly recommended.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Truly an unforgettable stay! This was hands-down one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. The location was perfect- close to everything we wanted to do, yet peaceful and relaxing. But what truly made this stay exceptional was Estela and Maudy! They were beyond amazing- incredibly kind, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making our trip special. Even before we arrive, Estela was extremely responsive, helping us plan our stay by setting up a ride from the airport and answering all our questions thoroughly. During our visit, they continued to go above and beyond. One of the most memorable moments was when Maudy cooked us a delicious, fresh tuna meal- with the tuna we caught that very day! It was such a personal and thoughtful touch that made us feel completely at home! Every detail, from their warm hospitality to the incredible food and ideal location, made this trip unforgettable. We would recommend this place to absolutely anyone!

Wonderful place, I and my family loved it, an atmosphere of a lot of peace and relaxation, the house is beautiful, my pet felt at ease, Karla's attention is more than qualified, very friendly and helpful, and she showed us her 100% confidence in the impeccable cleanliness. We will definitely be back.

Richard's home was perfect! Well equipped and Just high enough to enjoy a splendid view of the sea, 180 degrees, especially from the small terrace (covered) upstairs! Richard was very helpful in organizing boat expeditions in the surrounding area that allowed me to discover a superb place of apnea, in complete tranquility, the most beautiful apnea of my life! Access to the sea was not quite direct, but the locals, very kind, allowed me to get there without any problem. To discover in particular, the restaurant La Sirena, 3 minutes walk away, and further by Jade Beach boat on the island of Barbareta and the apnea around Pigeon Cay. I hope to go back someday…

The house is in a perfect location between West Bay and West End, but even better, it's just a few minutes' walk down to Turtle Beach, where you will find restaurants and bars. The house is clean, well equipped, and perfect for two. We enjoyed having breakfast on the deck and taking in the tranquil view. The bed was really comfortable. The only issue we had was controlling the hot and cold water while showering. Our stay was for 7 nights; we ran the upstairs A/C during the late afternoons and nights, and the electric bill was only $58. Don’t let paying the electric bill discourage you from booking Casa Mantra. Ilaria is very attentive to your needs and ensures you’re comfortable. She's an outstanding host. Do not miss the opportunity to try her delicious, authentic Italian cooking. We had the cannelloni and lasagna; it was delicious. All in all, we had an awesome stay.

My family and I are extremely grateful for the hospitality. Johana and Mario are very warm and friendly. The property is wonderful!!! Very well located. We highly recommend it (we hope to return soon!!!)

What a magical place. We loved every corner of the house, the delicious pool and a private beach that fascinated us. In addition to having kayaks and other things to entertain us, attention 10/0 with maintenance and service personnel. Sure we'll be back, we loved it.

The house was very clean and organized. It's surroundingd are beautiful and it's a quick walk to the beach. The host was very responsive and great at giving information on questions I had. The house had everything we needed. It was definitely worth the stay !

I can't express how happy I am with this place. walking distance to the pier, bar and restaurants. Jenny made us feel right at home. extremely kind and commutative about everything. we had a 8 hour drive we were hot and tired when we checked in late night and she let us enjoy the pool after hours. that was so thoughtful of her. the place had everything and it was immaculate clean and packed with so many goodies to be comfortable. the condo was so nice and comfortable that we didn't wanted to leave the place to explore the areas of Tela. we will definitely be coming back to visit Jenny's place. This condo met my family's needs during our diving trip. The owner helped me connect with her property manager, and she in turn coordinated transportation for us (a) from the airport to the condo with an intermediate stop for groceries and (b) from the condo back to the airport at the end of our trip. The owner was flexible about our check-in time, and the property manager met us upon arrival, ensuring that we had access to the condo and were familiar with all of its resources before she departed. The upstairs neighbors sprang into action when we had a WiFi problem, and they helped ensure that we were able to access an alternate WiFi source. We only used the AC in the two bedrooms at night, and we ended up paying an extra $25 in electricity charges for our 5-night stay in early April. There's ample cross-ventilation during the daytime when the doors are open. The condo's location makes for a safe and peaceful environment that's a short walk to restaurants and dive centers.

We had a great week at this condo! Vanessa was extremely responsive to all questions. She arranged our pick up at the airport which was very helpful. The condo was spacious for our family of four and the pool was a great amenity. We loved taking a water taxi to the Mayan Princess in West Bay to enjoy the beach and pool. Snorkeling was amazing right off the beach! The condo was a short walk to all of the great restaurants in West End. There are a lot of steps to get up to the condo so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues. Like some others said, the linens & decor could use a refresh but overall we had a great stay and would recommend.

Bills place is beautiful and so well equipped. We had amazing coffee, every spice and kitchen utensil, towels. Cold cups- cooler- way more than expected. The views were incredible, great restaurants within walking distance- definitely no car needed. We will definitely be back- nice pool and so responsive- really wonderful experience!

Staying at Wanda’s place was a great experience. The 2 bed, 2 bath condo was spacious, clean, and comfortable with plenty of room to relax. We especially loved having a full kitchen to cook breakfast and prep snacks throughout the day. The view overlooking the pool was a bonus and made mornings even more peaceful. Would definitely stay here again!

Can’t say enough about our 2 week stay at Iron Shores. Katy and Krys were amazing, always so responsive and willing to help us with arranging transportation and anything else we needed. The unit is perfectly situated in a very safe, quiet and beautiful area, yet only an easy 5 minute walk to all the restaurants, dive shops and things that tourists like to do. Several excellent restaurants just 1 minute walk away especially Cafe de Palo for their amazing breakfasts. Loved Junior’s Pizza too…definitely the best pizza around. We mostly had the beautiful pool (perfectly situated on the oceanfront) to ourselves and you can also snorkel right out front. The kitchen was well stocked, as was the bathroom which included lovely shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Their recommendation of Sundivers for scuba was spot on…love those folks! We limited our use of the A/C to overnight since there’s mostly a great breeze blowing through so it didn’t end up costing much for the hydro which was great.

Susie's place was great! Very clean and matched the pictures. She's a very responsive host as well. I would definitely stay again!

MANGROVE DOCK!… a gem hidden away in West End! We have been to Roatan several times and stayed in different places. We decided to try a place in West End where we could walk to “town”. Mangrove Dock was perfect. A quarter mile walk to the best baleadas! Less than a half mile walk to the other places to eat. Lovely property very well kept unit nice swimming pool and a beautiful dock to look at nature. One big point was the patio, we were on the second floor was shaded most of the day with a lovely lovely breeze. If you want to relax and have a nice place to stay, this is it! Caroline is the perfect host. Very helpful with her instructions and directions and easily available for any questions. Highly recommend! ❤️
