The suite is connected to my house but has a separate entrance and shared backyard. 10 minute drive from downtown Kona close to shopping centers and 20 minutes from the airport. 2 miles from Safeway and Walmart. Cool elevation offers nice temperatures, although July-October can be a bit on the hot side. Fans provided but no air conditioning. Please read full description before booking.

Loved our stay on this avocado farm. The cottage was very clean and comfortable with a lot of natural sunlight. We enjoyed seeing so much life around us and having fresh avocados and eggs every morning. Kitchen is well equipped. The outdoor shower is a vibe and the whole property is very pretty. 10/10 would recommend.

Our stay at Paula's place in Kona was absolutely perfect! The location was incredibly convenient for exploring, and the place itself was spotlessly clean. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the provided snacks, the dedicated parking spot, and all the fantastic beach gear – the umbrellas, chairs, and boogie board made our beach days so much easier and more enjoyable. The AC was a dream, keeping us cool and comfortable. Everything was just wonderful. Highly recommend!
