The beach, city center and train station are within walking distance in approx. 10-15 minutes away, the nearest supermarket is in the immediate vicinity. Dogs are welcome here!

Not far from the Zanzibar and not far from the Golf & Spa Hotel Budersand, it is the perfect base from which to enjoy the breathtaking nature of the island of Sylt with its east and west beaches and to switch off from everyday life and recharge your batteries with numerous wellness, sports and leisure activities.

Dream cottage with attractive location on Rømø, on the western side of Lakolk road. The house is located in one of the best cottage areas on Rømø. Distance to the beach is about 400 m. The house is located in a quiet/peaceful and beautiful area along the edge of the dunes. The house is from 2019/2020. Housing: 65 m2. THESE ARE NOT INCLUDED AND NOT IN STOCK. You pay your visitor's tax directly to the host and receive a visitor's and beach use card as proof. Every guest is subject to visitor's tax. The visitor's tax is paid by the host directly to the municipality of Sylt.
