Mr. Paulo is very polite. Apt according to the photos and description. I felt at home for 8 days.

I was hosted for 4 days and it was a great experience! Cintia facilitated our communication and our stay and always responded to me very kindly and quickly. The apartment is exactly as described, extremely clean, comfortable, organized and with all amenities for a good stay. The district is excellent with a market, bakery, pharmacy, etc. I will need to go back more often to Campinas and I certainly want to stay in this apartment again. Antônio has always been helpful and proactive. He sent all the information before check-in, so we had no problem entering the apartment. And speaking of the apartment, my wife and I love it, especially because it is on the top floor, which results in a wonderful view. I definitely recommend Antônio as a host and his apartment, which was impeccable. If I have another opportunity to return to Campinas, I will certainly intend to stay in Antônio's apartment again.

I have been using the Airbnb platform for years, we traveled very often in Brazil and some outside and I don't remember a reception, care and attention we had with Ludmila, Marcos and Dona Cleide… It was really amazing and the whole structure of great taste, from bed linen, bathrooms, electros, all the kitchen pieces, to the high-end furniture…. We will return for sure and once again, me and my family, we thank you from the heart!

We really like to have the Carnival at the Teacara!!! pool always with warm water, spacious barbecue area, well distributed rooms, the suite is huge... equipped kitchen, has a very large room with 3 environments, living room with two sofas, TV room and two more sofas and the dining room. The table outside on the balcony is the place we have the most, as it gives a wider and more beautiful view of the farmhouse. Caseiro Alexandre super helpful!!! General We like it so much

The space is very cozy, with oriental-themed decoration. Good shower, room with good air conditioning. For me, who needed an outdoor space because of the dog, it met my expectations, the grassy yard is excellent.
