Situated on a small working farm eight miles from Junction 49 at the western end of the M4. Enjoy the seclusion of the farm and walking opportunities in the area as well as the local attractions in East Carmarthenshire of castles, stately homes, gardens, local villages and towns. Further afield are the beaches and beauty spots of Swansea, the Gower and Pembrokeshire.

My property is on the Gower Way - great for walkers/cyclist too. There are sometimes free roaming sheep and cows nearby.

Delightful stone cottage with sunny front deck and small gravelled garden with stone walls and sea view. Short walk down (steep) hill to beach. Light, airy and bright inside. Cottage can accommodate 4 people in 2 bedrooms (super king in large master bedroom, 2 single beds in smaller second bedroom.) Three seater and 4 seater settees in living room. There is central heating, double glazing, log burner, 42 inch TV with chromecast (cast Netflix etc. from your own device, and wifi.

You can walk to the Michelin Star Beach House restaurant and Oxwich Bay Hotel. It is 20 minute drive to The Mumbles with its boutique shopping, Pier and Castle. Our apartment is perfect for a relaxing getaway and activities such as SUP boarding,kayaking walking, running, swimming and take a Sauna at Ty Sauna on Oxwich beach after.
