The apartment is within walking distance of the city center, supermarket, bakery, butcher and delicatessen shops and only 10 minutes by bike to the beach of Scheveningen. The entire house has been recently renovated, preserving as many original details as possible.

The B&B is located at the Harbour of Leiden where many nice restaurants are located. On walking distance many other nice restaurants, bars and take aways. The main shopping street of 1km is on 50m. Park&Bike: We offer free parking 5-10min driving from The Harbour and offer bikes for rent for €10,- per day.

Our B&B is equipped with all modern facilities such as a modern kitchen, Philips Hue lighting, smart TV and Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxury Jacuzzi and wood stove. Tiny house "Petit Paradis" is quietly located but in the center of Leiden (old city) and can accommodate up to 2 people. It is located in the harbor area, close to the marina, cozy restaurants and city gardens and city parks. Leiden is known for its many museums, but certainly also for the rich water sports area in the area, the beautiful canals in and around the old city, the historic buildings and the atmosphere that a university city brings with it.
