This idea has nurtured and maturing for several years. We started building these four houses in january '17 and they will be finish in march '18 The old Faroese houses are agreeabel to the overall Faroese landscape, and we therfore naturally targeted this ancient construction/building method. The ground floor: kitchen and living room in one. End a bathroom. Top floor: one master bedroom, intended for two grown-ups and an additonal open space aple to sleep two additional grown-ups. The view from the house is regarded among the very best in the Faroe Islands. New cozy little apartment in the attic of a boathouse. It's right by the water, sandy beach and a small marina. Wonderful views of the sea, the countryside and the high mountains. Hósvík is centrally located in the Faroe Islands and is the perfect base for exploring the islands, or just relax in peaceful, beautiful surroundings. The apartment is perfect for individuals/couples, with or without children, who do not need much indoor space. There are narrow stairs in the apartment, i.e. unsuitable for people who are not fully mobile.

The cottage stands very close to the sea with a view of the fjord, the nearby marina and Torshavn. The house's unique location makes it possible to observe a varied wildlife of seabirds, some seals, fishing boats, cruise liners and container ships up close. This small house has two floors.
