Brook View is a spacious, two bedroom, purpose built holiday home just off the A470 in Builth Wells. The bungalow is minutes away from the town centre on foot with easy access to the Royal Welsh Showground. With tasteful decoration and plentiful amenities the property really does feel like home from home. It's the ideal base for enjoying nearby beauty spots (being roughly half way between the Brecon Beacons National Park & the Elan Valley). A maximum of 2 small dogs would be very welcome.

Dolfan Barn Studio is so named because an artist once worked here, prior to that it was a cow byre. Just under a mile out of the village of Beulah the Studio is a perfect place to unwind. You will find plenty of wildlife to watch from the patio including Pheasants Squirrels and Red Kites. The village has a service station, shop and "The Trout Cafe" serving good home cooked food. The apartment is perfect to enjoy all that mid Wales has to offer...in a Victorian spa town which boasts beautiful architecture. It's about a 20 mins drive to the stunning Elan Valley and is adjacent to the railway station for the Heart of Wales line. There are plenty of cafes and coffee shops nearby...and also The Llanerch Inn, a 16th Century pub, which serves very good meals. Also a large Tesco within walking distance.
