Holiday rentals with beach access in Hoylake

Helpful & quick responses to my queries. Plenty of little extras to make your stay easier, only two things would have improved our visit - a hairdryer & a potato peeler!! Not a huge amount of kerb appeal, but really lovely inside! All in all a great stay, thank you.

This was our second visit to Lynne's place and once again we had a wonderful time. Lynne was a congenial host and the apartment had everything as described. A two minute walk takes one down to the River Mersey foreshore with paved footpath alongside, and Anthony Gormley's "The Men" can be seen en route. From the kitchen the view of the garden and over to the West Lancashire Golf Course is delightful. Parking right outside and short walk to train station were a bonus. We look forward to another return visit one day.

Everything was perfect with the accommodation. It is located in a beautiful and peaceful area, ideal for relaxing. The place fully met all our needs, and we really enjoyed the calm surroundings. Shops, cafés, and restaurants are all nearby, which made our stay even more convenient. Nicky was very helpful and friendly. I can only recommend this place!

Great flat, beautifully decorated and clean. Easy walk to sea, station and pubs/restaurants. Street parking a short distance away. Perfect for our needs.

Great modern property overlooking the beach and with views of Liverpool and life on the Mersey. The dog loved looking out the French doors to the street and beach below….our garden clearly not as interesting since we returned! We chose this property due to the beach side location but was also easy to access Anfield for the Bruce Springsteen concert (we chose to Uber but train would also have been a good option). Off-road parking with assigned bay was also an added bonus. Our only issue was that we struggled to operate the (very modern) oven but our techno-savvy daughter was able to rescue us before we had to ask for help! A great stay and we shall definitely return again.

Birkenhead is such a great location. Train station right around the corner, giving you easy access to Liverpool and the surrounding areas. The apartment was clean and comfortable with amazing views of Liverpool. Communication with Ed was easy and timely.

A lovely basement flat in a leafy part of Crosby. Only 10 minutes walk to the beach, or to the railway station to get into Liverpool. The flat felt quite luxurious and was spotlessly clean. Liz provided an excellent Welcome Guide and always responded very quickly to any queries. Recommended!

I had a brief stay while in town for a wedding, but it was a pleasant one. The accommodation was spotless, conveniently located, and made getting around effortless. It’s just a short walk from the main street, the train station, and several great restaurants, which made everything incredibly accessible. Perfect for a short visit or weekend getaway.

The flat is on the top floor and overlooks Royal Liverpool Golf Course. It is a short walk to Hoylake so great location. Access is via a metal spiral staircase at the rear of the building and up some steep steps up to the door so it’s a bit tricky with a suitcase and not suitable for less mobile people. Inside the flat there are also steps but overall it is a great location and a really nice place.

It was my third stay in West Kirby at Kate’s. It’s such a peaceful, tranquil quiet apartment and close to all amenities. I love the fact that it is only a few minutes walk from the promenade area which I particularly love. Enjoy sitting out at nearby cafes enjoying a capuccino in the sun. Wonderful. 👌🙂

We really enjoyed our stay at 12 Dudley Road. First of all, it's really spacious - we've stayed in Airbnbs that were smaller in total than the living room here! Secondly, there were very helpful welcome goodies provided. Especially useful after a long journey. Thirdly, parking was easy, with plenty of off-road space at the front of the house. Lastly, having the rear garden is a godsend for those travelling with dogs (as we were). So, overall it's a good place to stay - especially if you want to explore the Wirral.

This is a wonderul apartment with stunning views out to sea. Perfect for a weekend break or time to just relax either at the apartment with its great balconies or as a base to explore the Wirral and into Liverpool. Big and spacious, excellent kitchen, very large bedrooms and comfortable beds and a great large TV to watch films and sport on. We could not have been happier. Highly recommended. Just not for the weekends we want to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment in West Kirby. It was spotless and had everything you could possibly need. The view was amazing and we were able to sit out on the balcony. There was enough to do in West Kirby, we enjoyed the walk around the Marine Lake and ate at some nice restaurants. It was also accessible to main roads/ motorways and we also used the train to get into Liverpool, which was easy. We would recommend this as a place to stay, and hope to return one day.

Fantastic in every way, it exceeded our expectations (which were high!). The apartment was stunning, with great thought obviously given to looks, comfort and practicality. Everything about it was generous. Amazing views, peaceful and yet so close to all amenities, buses and trains. A very special place.
