Holiday rentals with lake access in Hoyvík

It may be because of the new listing, it feels that all aspects of the cutlery are very new and clean. The room is also very clean. In some places, it may not have been repaired. Anyway, it's pretty good.

The best Air BnB we have stayed at! Every amenity you might want is there - spotless, well-maintained, and in a beautiful place. I hope to stay again!

A beautiful and cozy home with a breathtaking view.

We had a wonderful stay in this cozy house in Leynar. The location is ideal – quiet yet central for exploring the islands. The house is equipped with everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils, a cozy fireplace for cozy evenings and a bathroom with excellent water pressure. After a day full of discoveries, it was the perfect place to relax. Highly recommended for those who appreciate comfort and a great location.

Dagmar's house in Eiði was lovely. It's centrally located in the village, just opposite the town church. There's a convenient parking spot right out front. The interior was nicely decorated, and the house works well for a single traveler such as myself; it also, however, would work well for larger groups or families, as there are multiple bedrooms. This was a great place to stay while exploring the northern Faroes!

We were incredibly happy with our stay at Jórun's lovely boathouse. It's a calm and beautiful location only a short car ride from everything we wanted to explore. The house has all necessary amenities and more. The shoe dryer turned out to be more helpful than expected and a warm sauna after a day of exploring in the rain was very appreciated.

Very clean place with a fully equipped kitchen. Loved the dining area where we can look out to the fjords. a convenient place to get to all islands, Torshavn and airport.

Lydia’s place was really great and I enjoyed my 10 days in Klaksvik staying here. I really appreciated the modern washer and dryer. The water pressure in the shower was great also. The view out the window is amazing and never gets boring to look at as the light changes throughout the day on the hills. The beds are comfortable but it would be nice if maybe one of the rooms was a double bed instead of joined twin singles as they can move apart in the night. But overall this is a great place to stay and Lydia was very accommodating when I needed early checkin! I would recommend this place to any one staying in Klaksvik

One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed in. The space was incredibly spacious and thoughtfully equipped with nearly every comfort of home. The hosts' attention to detail was outstanding, and their warm welcome made us feel immediately at ease. When we accidentally left something behind, they went out of their way to return it—such lovely, considerate people. The accommodation itself was excellent, with just a short walk to nearby parking.

The location is beautiful, facing the ocean with two access paths to the seaside. Two windows overlook the ocean from the dining room. Everything is very quiet and the activity upstairs is very modest and quite bearable, not annoying at all. The living room is a little dark, not oriented towards the view but very comfortable, with blankets and comfortable cushions. The bedding is excellent, and the bathroom is functional. the decoration is suitable and tasteful. The kitchen is very well equipped, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave and dishwasher. Nancy helped us during the marathon so that we were not stuck by the roadblocks. Recommended without hesitation.

Our stay at Fríðas apartment was perfect! The apartment is well equipped and just like the pictures. The view from the bedroom is amazing and we‘ll really miss waking up with the view across the mountains and water. We would definitely recommend a stay at this apartment and would love to come back.

Would stay here any time I’m in the Faroe Islands! They are incredibly responsive and also went out of their way to get us tissues when we told them we kept getting runny noses due to the weather. The house itself is always warm and very comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring many Faroe Island attractions (Mykines, lake above the ocean, witch’s finger, etc.) I appreciate the fully dark blinds to cover the windows. Note that the pillows are very soft and you might want to bring your own if that is an issue. Nicolina’s place is the basement of a house and there are soft footstep sounds above if you are a light sleeper.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is perfectly located for exploring the northern islands, and being in Klaksvík means you’re close to plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. The place was spotless, exceptionally clean, and the kitchen was not only sparkling but also incredibly well stocked. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and spacious. Wi-Fi reception was strong in every corner of the apartment, and the living room was the perfect spot to relax after a day of hiking. The laundry room was also well equipped for all our needs. We’d stay at Ása and John’s place again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone planning to explore the northern islands!

Outstanding Airbnb and host. Very responsive. Beautiful and clean boathouse within walking distance to town. We cooked multiple times and had everything we needed. Great full size washer and dryer. Everything was first rate. Can’t say enough about the whole experience. One of our best and we have stayed at a lot of great Airbnbs. 👏🏻
