Environment: ★★★★★ This stay is provided for breakfast, the boss is doing it every morning, the home cooking is very delicious, the house is a house, different guests in different rooms on each floor, there are common areas, each area is very easy to photograph, retro and atmosphere, the furniture is super beautiful, and there are two cats, but almost all of them are rested in the private room, you can see the sleeping position, super cute. I really like the decoration and design of the house, many cat elements❤️ with elevator and other barrier-free facilities are great ~ The bed is very comfortable, the air conditioning is cool enough, and the other equipment is also very well supplied ~ But the sound insulation is a little bad, you will always hear the sound from the corridor and the sound of the door, but the magnetic buckle is very reassuring😊

Great stay would highly recommend, very peaceful area. Best to have car or scooter, but cabs will readily pick you up and Host is very helpful!

Great Place to stay in Chishang, my mother and I have a great experience during our stay. Walkable distance to the bike trail and few mins biking to the main locations. The host gave us warm welcome, providing ride from/to train station. Delicious power breakfast. The room is very clean and nice. Outdoor seating was great, we enjoy our dinner with great view and breeze. Definitely will come back next time.

French lighting feels like home, and the host was very considerate and had a nutritious breakfast every morning.Located in the heart of Hualien city city center, it is close to everything you need to go.The room is beautiful, no matter the lights, the desk, and the cabinet are very thoughtful, and every little nook is very comfortable.Highly recommended!

Sister is very warm and super heavy box also helped me to mention that the room on the third floor is very tidy and comfortable, the refrigerator and hot water are provided, and the sister also introduced us to a lot of places to visit nearby. It's very cozy.

The homestay is very clean, the decoration is also very stylish. I was very happy to chat with the B&B owner. I also took me to eat cheap and delicious Japanese food. I experienced different Hualien life. I look forward to traveling in Taiwan next time. I will definitely stay here again.

Summer was a perfect host and took good care of us. He always answered our questions immediately and we felt well taken care of as a family. The campsite was very clean and good. The room was sufficient for us, as we mostly stayed outside anyway. The camping staff was very friendly. We will be happy to return.

This is the best Airbnb experience I've ever had. The hosts are kind & friendly, and their daughter speaks fantastic English. They even offered to pick us up from Yuli train station. The house and gardens are so tranquil and well-designed, it felt like staying at the country estate of an English noble family. The furniture is exquisite (some of the pieces looked like they belonged in the Palace Museum!), and there's artwork on seemingly every wall. The beds were clean and comfortable, plenty of pillows, and the AC in both rooms was modern and powerful. Breakfast in the morning was a wide variety of yummy foods, and there was plenty of it. We even got to try some of the pomelo they grow in their orchard. As a parting gift they gave us a choice of these gorgeous postcards featuring illustrations done by May herself. The pet duck Baozi is adorable. I can't wait to come back one day :)

We stayed here for 6 weeks with our young daughter and had a great time. It’s very quiet, with all the amenities you need. Decent Wi-Fi, and walking distance to a few shops and restaurants.

If you’re looking for a cultural and spiritual journey and want to truly take in the soul of the village alongside the locals, this is the perfect place for you. Hsu, the host, is incredibly kind, welcoming, and deeply knowledgeable about the village and its cultural history. Her home is ideally located in the heart of the village -just a few minutes from the station and surrounded by historic landmarks and cultural venues. I stayed in the Japanese-style room, which was spotless, beautifully designed, and provided me with a few nights of truly restful sleep. Every detail reflected care and authenticity. Overall, a 5-star experience - without a doubt!

Even if you don't have any travel plans in advance, as long as you buy a ticket to Chi Shang, stay in the Slow Dandelion, the owner will give you enough attractions, food and dining recommendations, and even the local history. She really cares about letting guests know about the people and things in Chi Shang. You can also ride the homestay's bicycle to visit various places in Chi Shang, giving me a fulfilling four-day slow living experience in Chi Shang. The B&B is close to the station, but there are no trains passing by at night, so it is very quiet. I am sensitive to sounds, but I can sleep well. Hearing the sound of the train slowly passing by during the day is a kind of healing.

Hsu is a wonderful host - proactive, friendly, helpful, and genuinely wants her guests to have a good stay. She took me on a lovely walk around Chishang and meet some of the locals. Her place is very clean, well-equipped, perfectly located, and has a lot of history. The room itself is very spacious for one person. Highly recommend!
